There was a thread earlier discussing what would happen if hrc was arrested before nov 8 and what that would do to the ticket and if obama could stall the elections while the dnc sought another candidate. Does early voting lock hrc in as the candidate regardless if she is arrested, or dies, or disappears?
Last time I looked there were like 4 or 5 candidates. Just because one drops out, it doesn’t cancel the election.
What baffles me is why Michelle and Obama are out there campaigning with hillary. They’re probably doing it to save their own legacy, but think about it. If hillary’s in the WH (barf alert) she’ll get to re-write history so Obama gets blamed for everything in her time as Secretary of State. Besides that, Michelle being out there connects her to approving of all the scandals, which she could’ve avoided blame for.

He has ZERO ability to cancel elections. None.
Correct that Constitutionally states make the rules and govern their own elections, but the date has been set by Federal law since 1845.
Too late to pull a switch. The ballots are all printed, just about everywhere.
Besides, all those millions who have ALREADY marked an early ballot for Herself, they are pretty largely locked into their decisions.

I think the point of Obama having Comey write his letter about continuing the investigation was to allow for a Hillary pardon. So, he’s doing what he can to not have to go there. But, that’s the ace in the hole to avoid a trial that would surely drag him into it.
They are bound by law in many states. They can vote for whomever they please and we can't stop them, but they can be fined or imprisoned for doing so in the states that prohibit it.
The electors don’t have to vote for anyone on the ticket. If the DNC names Biden, the Democrats’ electors can vote for him instead.
THERE IS NO FEDERAL ELECTION FOR HIM TO CANCEL!
There are 50 (51 if you include DC!) individual state run & managed US Constitution mandated elections that occur on the same day for federal offices. He could run around and issue cancel orders until the cows came home, no one is legally forced to pay any attention to him.

Correct. But if they wish to start CWII then they can go right ahead and contravene the will of the people.
This is why I think Obama wants Hillary to lose. With Hillary gone, Obama takes control of the entire DNA apparatus. Clinton cronies are expelled and replaced by Chicago machine types.
Obama remains in DC for a little while to be a thorn in Trump’s side and works with the media to make it easier for the Democrats to take over congress and fundraise.
He probably thinks with Trump’s victory, establishment Republicans will be fractured and adrift and easier to pick off in congressional elections, especially if the DNC/media can demonize Trump in the next two years.
Obama is the democrat who stands to gain the most from Hillary’s defeat. If he can have her humiliated as well bely being crushed by Trump, her power fades more quickly.

You mean the part where I’m guaranteed free speech but if i go outside and say what i’m think i get arrested for a hate crime? You mean the same Constitution where you are guaranteed to have a weapon to protect yourself but the libs wouldn’t care a whit about it if there was no second amendment? The Constitution only works if the government abides by it. who is there to see it operates properly when the entire top of the govt is corrupt?
