SACRAMENTO (AP) — Gov. Jerry Brown has signed legislation that regulates emissions from dairy cows and landfills for the first time as California broadens its efforts to fight climate change beyond carbon-based greenhouse gases.
Brown’s move Monday targets a category of gases known as short-lived climate pollutants, which have an outsize effect on global warming despite their relatively short life in the atmosphere.

Ok, I think we should promote this at this point. Since there is no stopping it, we should make life for liberals intolerable.
ALL methane, including human should now be regulated and contained. After all the conservatives and libertarians have evacuated California, we should pass legislation in CA REQUIRING all humans and their pets to ‘contain’ their methane, for safe processing. I am thinking of some sort of ‘fart containment’ apparatus that would involve a pipe going into a very uncomfortable and inconvenient place to ‘contain’ the methane and at great cost they should dispose of said methane...
The rest of the country could learn from the excesses of liberalism and at the same time laugh hysterically...

I always thought the Gov. Moonbeam was an expert on cow farts and asses, but this officializes it.
He is INSANE and GROWING WORSE. You want milk and cheese in California. Go to Arizona or Montana. You won’t get much from California any more and Oregon/Washington will soon follow this insanity.
I will no longer buy California cheese. It is better to kill off the dairy industry quickly and humanely (i.e. out of business), than to let them linger and suffer a long death.

There is something to be said about a guy named Brown signing Fart Legislation.
I heard that the Lobbyist’s from Chic Fil-A, KFC, Popeyes and El Pollo Loco were pushing this Bill for years.

When I lived in California Clover had billboards and ads every where proclaiming California had Happy Cows. I wonder where they went?
