Poll question: Poll: Should Congress ban gun sales to those on ‘no-fly’ list?
Yes. It makes sense, and might be the only bill on which both houses can agree.
31.54% (170 votes)
No. It's a token gesture and might require more bureaucracy than it's worth.
29.5% (159 votes)
I'm not sure.

People so eager to give up civil rights without any due process at all.
Obama and the left are closing Guantanamo because of alleged due process concerns of TERRORISTS caught on the battlefield.
Yet they have no due process concerns for LAW ABIDING AMERICANS who have not committed a single crime.
Precisely. Are we so far gone that Constitutionally guaranteed rights can be withheld at a bureaucrats pleasure?
No 41.83%
No. The no-fly list is flawed and inaccurate. If a 9 month old kid who has the same name as a terrorist can’t get on a plane, then the bureaucrats can’t be trusted to fix it.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!) 48% No.
As flawed as is most of our government is in this day and age. Small problems become big unmanageable problems when they apply their solutions. Which is why I am surprised anyone even thinks this is the way to go, but then again most liberals are incapable of thinking for themselves which is why this country is becoming more screwed up by the day. It even seems to be affecting many so called conservatives as well though I must admit.
When in fact the terrorists have no rights whatsoever when it comes to due process, nor are they covered under the Geneva Convention.
I called my Senator and asked same thing...Also, why so many votes in 2 weeks on gun control...So much for the “slow, deliberative body” that is supposed to be the Senate.
NO is now over 55%. Both YES votes combined at 44.
