If he oversteps that, how do we get him out of office? And I don’t think there is a legal means available. I think it will be a terrible, terrible position the American people will be in to get Trump out of office because you won’t be able to do it through Congress.

Yes, the secret service is the right law enforcement agency to report this threat to. Donald Trump is under secret service protection.
The secret service has already talked with Beck once already when he publicly fantasized about stabbing Trump repeatedly on a debate stage. Though when questioned by Dallas based secret service agents, he claimed it was his radio co-host Stu, not Trump, whom he would stab repeatedly.
Why aren’t both of them under arrest at this moment in time?
