Split infinitive. I would have chosen “to mutilate surgically,” or even rephrased the sentence entirely to eliminate the adverb. Adverbs are dangerous little devils: their placement nearly always impacts the meaning of a sentence.

Women who are obsessed with their bodies like this and mutilate themselves in the name of beauty...I don’t care about the quality of service they get.

It’s the same for women with boob jobs who think it’s sexy to look like someone taped two cantaloupes on their chest.
Normal breasts do not look like that and I think it looks hideous.

Those boobs will look like two tennis balls in sweat socks hanging to their knees when they’re in their seventies.
They were doing it in 1792, when Mary Wollstonecraft wrote "Vindication of the Rights of Women." (The means was fashion rather than surgery, though.)
She attributed a lot of women's self-degradation to the fact that most women had no means of support other than pleasing a man. However, that is not the case now. The motivation appears to be pure narcissism.
