Ted Cruz and his allies are preparing for the coming National GOP Convention. According to NBC News, Cruz who recently attended a GOP convention in Texas told his supporters that the days ahead will be "challenging" for the Republican Party. He, however, expressed hope that those who remain loyal to him and the party "will be the remnant, will be the core of pulling this country back from the abyss."
Aside from this pronouncement, [he] has remained mum about whether he will throw his support for presumptive nominee Donald Trump. According to the NBC report, the support of Cruz and his allies in Texas is needed by Trump if he is squaring off with Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for the presidential elections. A Texan party elder, Steve Munisteri said that "Ted Cruz has led a national movement, a conservative movement. We certainly need solid conservatives to be behind our nominee [Trump.]"
... Cruz and his allies in the Republican Party are EYEING TO CONTINUE THEIR FIGHT TO RUN THE PARTY. Despite his failure to win over Trump, ... he is still hoping that when he attends the National Convention,... he will be able to bring about key changes in how the party governs itself and picks its presidential nominee. Aside from changes in rules, the party will also be working out its "official policy platform" as well as "determine how much power the RNC has to make new rules of its own."
>>The key discussion points, which will also be the likely flash points during the convention, will include CLOSED PRIMARIES. THIS MEANS DOING AWAY WITH OPEN PRIMARIES AND THE "CONSCIENCE CLAUSE," which will RELEASE CONSERVATIVE DELEGATES FROM SUPPORTING THE PRESUMPTIVE DELEGATE, should that delegate represent views that contradict theirs or the party.

Ted’s struggle with reality continues.
I’m going to laugh when his Senate chair is yanked from him.
The GOP convention will be highlighted by Ted Cruz breathlessly talking about the Constitution, and how he’s the only one who has beaten Trump over and over, and then he will pee himself and start a small electrical fire.
Hope he has stocked up on anti-venom...even snakes hate phonies.
I wonder what it will take to make him go away.
This is why I stay on him, I do not trust him.
Cruz is an arrogant ass who wants to dismiss the will of the voters. This guy should so go back to his native Canada.
I supported him, then had second thoughts, then was very disappointed with his conniving and now believe it’s time for the shyster to get out of politics.
Rafael working for the other side now?
C’mon Man.
All of his delegates should be unseated.
Im going to laugh when his Senate chair is yanked away from him.
Ditto.
i have this feeling that this asshat has one more stupid trick up his sleeve
Rafael just released a video where he admits defeat.
It’s called no regrets and he cries in the end.
Rafael is an emotional wreck.
He needs some time off.
“Wow, just like the RAT Party! “
Worse- Rats only have 26% super delegates
“Rather than a faux conservative, sCruze looks more and more with each passing day as a full-on Marxist!”
Momma & Papa Cruz called him Fidelito- “little Fidel”
HEAL!
That arrogant littr POS is going to be lucky if he gets in the door of the convention. He’s dreaming if he thinks he’s going to get to speak at the convention or have any type of influence. Trump will make sure he’s shut out of the rulemaking and the event agenda.
Apparently, Ted does not like his lowly job in the Senate.
Otherwise, he would STFU, and do his job in the senate.
If you want to violate that you have to lie. I would like it tighter than that, say the way NY dos it.
Who wants non Republicans picking Republican candidates? The Pary gets enough of that with the MSM helping to pick our candidates.
I am surprised that Gov. Abbott hasn’t went to the State Legislature and asked to have him removed from his Senate Seat...he isn’t doing any good in the interest of Texas...
