T. AUGUSTINE, Fla.
Some need a pick me-up in the early mornings. Many people head to Starbucks for their dose of caffeine.
However, one customer received an unexpected comment on their coffee cup label: DIABETES HERE I COME.
That's the message printed on a grande cup of white mocha served to a customer at the Palencia Starbucks.
A photo of the message on the cup was shared with Action News Jax on Facebook.
That first word just automatically brought the picture of both sisters in my head, and I was taken aback, said the Starbucks customer.

that is about two miles from and I never go in there either.
Starbucks is a place on my banned list, and why pay for overpriced crap coffee.
really stupid as this is one of the most republican places in Fl too
A gift card for $1000 worth of white mochas should do it!

Understood. However, I’d think a scribbling on the cup that said “I can’t believe you paid $7 for cup of fru-fru’d sprinkled coffee” would be closer.
And let me guess - like a good American he was “outraged” and “offended.”
I always seem to use a different link than everyone else.
the message should be you have more money than sense to spend that much on a crap drink.
Perhaps a complaint to the manager is in order but running to the news to talk about how hurt he is? Smacks of just another victim-mentality scum trolling for free stuff.
You know he was. Members of his family have diabetes. Sounds like to me then he should not be ordering an over priced cup of sugar if that is the case.
Wonder if this is admission of guilt and that Starbucks could be sued for causing health problems. Of course, it’s customers have now been warned and it is “drink at your own risk.”
More like overpriced dish water. My local Exxon makes better coffee.
I don’t like the taste of their coffee.
yep the gas station here Kangaroo makes much better coffee for half , even more than half the price.
Never understood as to why people go to Starbucks. You pay for overpriced coffee, served in a place with lunatic liberals , give more money to liberal causes, and you have to make the coffee yourself.
Why leave a frigging tip wen you make the coffee anyway and all they do is our it into a cup for you to add what you want?
Hate their coffee, Dunkin is so much better, but the gas stations now have better coffee.
His first mistake was going to Starbucks.
C'mon.... what is he supposed to do with 4 white mochas?
White mocha? Is that a Rachel Dolezal?
But it nicer than “high healthcare costs, impaired mobility, and early death” would have been
