Stress can hurt a person’s health. The stress about Hillary running against Trump may be getting to Bill Clinton. He may not be able to sleep and has bad dreams about what may be leaked.
Becoming First Lady may be a worry. He could call himself First Dude if he wins but Sarah Palin’s husband is already called First Dude. It would probably be better for Bill Clinton if Donald Trump won.
Well, he could just call himself The New First Dude.

We noticed something similar a month ago. Hillary leads him on and off stage by holding his elbow and hand. If he was his old self he would be doing interview after interview. Those around him know that he has lost it... it is just unspoken by the mainstream media. An announcement will be made sometime after the election is over. His condition may help keep him out of prison after the Trump justice department investigates the hundreds of millions in political payoffs.
I don’t believe he’s a vegan. He has absolutely no self control around women, I doubt he’s a tower of strength when confronted with a cheeseburger.

Okay, If he passes (if he doesn't pass, fine, they treat him for x, y or z and he's off of the campaign circuit) the checkup, I think what we're seeing is one of three options:
1. He consciously or unconsciously is sabotaging Hillary's campaign. His comment today about "Obama's awful legacy of the last 8 years" was a "Whoa" statement and completely out there. Purpose? Preplanned? Does he know about a coming indictment?
2. He's being poisoned. That's why I want him to go to Mayos, have a complete checkup including toxic drug, chemical analysis. Bill, listen to me, do it!
3. He's scared to death he's going to be offed for the sympathy vote if Hillary is losing or if she realizes #1 is happening. Bill is smart. He knows how formidable Trump is going to be in the general. He also, (IMHO), at some level, wants to be the only President Clinton.
Really, would you want to be Bill Clinton right now? I wouldn't.

He looked like a zombie while they were talking but when they were done, at the end, he spoke like himself, albeit a little hoarse. Seems like much ado about nothing.
