How is a company supposed to report pay by gender when a person's gender has effectively become a self-determined state that can't be objectively measured?

Obama thinks he has all power. The Constitution severely limits the feds to only those powers delegated and enumerated to the feds by the states via the Constitution.

In fact I am a DEMIGIRL I guess, and I just feel differently at work than at home. There can't be discrimination by employers when there is no such thing as a gender.
