Trump recently, in a small way, added emphasis to the attrocious German New Years. Over 1,000 muslims coordinated to grope and rape women. Hannity yesterday mentioned over a hundred rapes. No word of whether they were gang raped, but I would guess most victims were.
Merkel bungled this with a ham fist, scolding Germans not to 'scapegoat' the muslims. Germans are outraged. And every new muslim attack will be trumpeted more loudly.
Europe largely blacked out reports like this and even has hate-speech laws to suppress them. But thanks to Trump, Europe is waking up so fast that it's reaching critical mass ever since Trump spoke out after the Paris Attacks.
This is Europe's Trump Revolution. But he is leading a revolution in so many different ways, the full scope will likely increase.
No matter how this campaign turns out, Trump is leaving his mark:
1. In Europe.
2. On how the Free World views muslims.
3. On how the US views catch-and-release 'border crossers'
4. On the Clintonista.
5. On the DNC.
6. On the Old Media.
7. On conservative timidity and self-doubt.
8. Heck, he's even exposing the Establishment as Birther-Hypocrites and building up sympathy for Cruz at the same time. [Not sure he realized it, but he seems to sense that, 'The Truth will set you free.'] And, awareness of judicial tyranny is also heightened right now.
This is a communication revolution more than anything else.
And? The scope will likely increase in ways yet unanticipated, especially when other conservatives learn from Trump's example!
It's too late to stop this heightened activity. The freight train is in motion.
Life is good!

[In an hour or so I’ll post here the ways to win a govt shutdown. It’s easy, but it takes planning. Best to prepare months in advance.]
Six Simple Steps: How to Win a Govt Shutdown
[Simple, but it takes work and manpower.]
Liz, please offer input or have others you know offer input. [I think this pretty much covers it, but just in case I hope you check this over.]
1. Most important rule — Put the monkey on the other side’s back. You offer plans that fund S.S. checks and other politically sensitive spending. If they refuse to vote on your bill, you can respond that you KNOW your bill is clean, but theirs most likely isn’t since they only dumped it on you at the 11th hour. So THEY are the sleazy obstructors, and it’s easy for everyone to understand it.
[That’s the standard tactic for corrupt Establishment — dump the omnibus at the last second so there’s no time to find the corruption.]
2. Insist that they present their spending plan for your scrutiny [x number of] months in advance so that you have time to study it. [The more time the better.]
3. Insist that they present their spending plan in text that has the [control f] search function so that your researchers can look up key words.
4. Insist taht they spell-check their spending plan so that they can’t bog you down with typos that hide from key word searches [a standard trick].
5. Insist that their plan is not formatted with hyphenations at the end of each line. [Hyphenatation is another standard trick to hide from key word searches.]
6. Have your own spending plan ready, including a temporary continengency, so that all you need to do is say that THEY are the ones who are blocking whichever important spending item you don’t want to be caught with.
[I would seriously discourage trusting McConnell or Ryan to do Step 6 for Trump — it might not be traditional, but he needs to work with other congress members who he can trust or simply rely on his own team.]

Post 304 — six simple steps to win a govt shutdown.
It was disclosed on my morning local talk show that this excrement-laden finance bill in D C ....well Trump ended up snookering the Demorats on the so called “no financing of a wall” There was 350 million, as long as it wasn’t a BRICK & MORTAR” wall. Trump is going to build a border patrol approved, and suggested STEEL TUBE wall with that 350 mil. lol

He did a great job. Thanks for the video.
Love it!
And frankly if he is willing to tough out a govt shutdown by September, I’m thrilled. We should not expect him to be a master of politics on Day One IMHO.

Read Professor Prakash and Professor Smith’s accompanying Pocket Part essay, Removing Federal Judges WITHOUT Impeachment.
Here’s the abstract:
Saikrishna Prakash and Steven D. Smith
116 Yale L.J. 72 (2006)
Most everyone assumes that impeachment is the only means of removing federal judges
and that the Constitution’s grant of good-behavior tenure is an implicit reference to impeachment.
This Article challenges that conventional wisdom.
Using evidence from England, the colonies, and the revolutionary state constitutions, the Article demonstrates that at the Founding, good-behavior tenure and impeachment had only the most tenuous of relationships.
Good-behavior tenure was forfeitable upon a judicial finding of misbehavior.
There would have to be a trial, the hearing of witnesses, and the introduction of evidence, with misbehavior proved by the party seeking to oust the tenured individual.
Contrary to what many might suppose, judges were not the only ones who could be granted good-behavior tenure.
Anything that might be held—land, licenses, employment, etc.—could be granted during good behavior, and private parties could grant good-behavior tenure to other private individuals.
Impeachment, by contrast, referred to a criminal procedure conducted in the legislature that could lead to an array of criminal sanctions.
In England and in the colonies, impeachment was never seen as a means of judging whether someone with good-behavior tenure had forfeited her tenure by reason of misbehavior.
Whether a landholder, employee, or government officer with good-behavior tenure had misbehaved would be determined in the ordinary courts of law.
Moreover, the vast majority of state constitutions did not equate good-behavior tenure with impeachment either.
To the contrary, many distinguished them explicitly.
Taken together, these propositions devastate the conventional conflation of good-behavior tenure with impeachment.
More importantly, they indicate that the original Constitution did NOT render impeachment THE ONLY possible means of removing federal judges with good-behavior tenure.
Given the long tradition of adjudicating misbehavior in the ordinary courts,
Congress may enact necessary and proper legislation permitting the removal of federal judges upon a finding of misbehavior in the ordinary courts of law.

I do like President Trump's posture in World affairs. You screw with us and we will be ready to defend our rights and our people. He walks a thin line but is willing to butt heads and show that he is he leader of the greatest nation on the Planet. We will see when the Lil Fat Man pushes him to cross that "red line" he has drawn in NORK. That will be his test. Does he have the fortitude and has his military prepared to make a decisive strike to protect the South Koreans, our soldiers and our Homeland.
Do not get lazy people. Best prepare for what is to come. There are storms on the horizon that may come to our Homeland and call for a few good men to come together to water the tree of Liberty. Are We Prepared?
This is a great start but just a tip of the ol iceberg (one fricking County!!!!). Now we need to see how fast the JustUs department can move to try, convict and hang these basturds. I personally do not want to feed them. Need to make them disappear.
No reason to ship them back. They have too many ties and will be right back over here doing their same ol crap.
