Complaints have been made over the influx of topless women prancing around Times Square and charging tourists to be in photos, deeming it inappropriate and offensive. The women, who cover their bodies in paint and and typically wear nothing but a thong, are not in trouble for being topless - which is legal in New York City - but for posing with underage children. The number of women at the tourist mecca have doubled in the last year, with about 40 walking around Times Square on the weekends, according to The New York Daily News.

Times Square used to be a cesspool of adult businesses until Giuliani cleaned it up. I presume they are back which makes it questionable judgement by parents to take their children there in the first place.
Seriously, taking a child to NYC should be considered a form of abuse. What good could possibly come of it?
Topless lady Napl.
Do the same people protest the debauchery in the gay pride parades?
No, that’s not allowed.
But topless women and pride parades are just the beginning. In San Francisco they’re walking around the streets, riding the subways, dining in restaurants BUCK NAKED.
Yep. Men with their donkey-kongs right out there, waving in the breeze.
These girls actually have clothes on. When I walked by with 2 of my daughters last Sept. the girls ONLY wore paint and were quite attractive. Not a good thing, unless NYC wants to be known for brothels.
Is anyone kicking their arses for flashing their children?
Wow, talk about Back to the Future. Wait til the porn theaters and shops start popping up. Pimps & drug dealers won’t be far behind.
DouchBagio is seriously trying to destroy the city, isn’t he?
Times Square will revert to 1970s grime levels if New Yorkers don’t do something about this. Such a shame.
Well its NYC....if you are going to allow this stuff, could you at least get some more attractive women out there? Seriously? No wonder the pictures are with kids, because the girls in those pics aren’t really worth mentioning.
Is anyone kicking their asses for flashing their children?
Nope. But funnily enough, businesspeople, even in the gay Castro District, have complained that public nudity is hurting business.
Zombietime.com covered (!) the Rally for Nudity on their website. Also the Bay Area Reporter, an LGBT site, has been accused of being ‘right wing extremist’ for editorializing against total nudity in public.
Moving to a rural area was the best thing I ever did.
Interesting to see how quickly DeBlasio is undoing the cleanup Guiliani did.
Hey, there’s a job for Caitlyn when his show jumps the shark.
Anne Boleyn?
TTIWWOP
DANG!
DANG!
That looks like Times Square in 1977.
