Where do you tell it to do that?? By reinstalling Outlook. Because when I reinstall outlook, I lose the files, been down that road.

Now, did you say you have five different email addresses? You may need to set up multiple mail profiles within Outlook 2003, I honestly don't remember if it supports multiple addresses to the same mailbox without some redirecting. Kind of reaching out to deep memory there, sorry... :-(

Not that familiar with Outlook, but ‘delete from server’ will probably be a checkbox in the Options (under Tools?).
Most email programs give that option —
If it is checked, emails are deleted after being read. If it is not checked, they remain on the server, even though you ‘delete’ them in your email reader.

Says in options, email expires in (blank) days and the default is 180. That wouldn’t be email in my files would it. Afraid to set it. Do not want to lose files.

Where do you tell it to do that??In Outlook 2003 - go to Tools / Email Accounts / View or Change Existing Accounts. Select the account you use, then click Change / MoreSettings / Advanced. On that screen check "leave a copy of messages on the server". Click OK to save the change.

I'll ping the rest and put up that crazy Windows graphic I made... gimme a minute over here...
