Not that familiar with Outlook, but ‘delete from server’ will probably be a checkbox in the Options (under Tools?).

Most email programs give that option —

If it is checked, emails are deleted after being read. If it is not checked, they remain on the server, even though you ‘delete’ them in your email reader.

Says in options, email expires in (blank) days and the default is 180. That wouldn’t be email in my files would it. Afraid to set it. Do not want to lose files.

Found it, thank you everyone!

Outlook 2003 (Windows)

From the Tools menu, open E-mail Accounts
Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” and click Next
Double click on your LMi mail account, then click the More Settings button
Click the Advanced tab
Uncheck “Leave a copy of messages on the server”
Click OK, then Next, then Finish
