Tom Brady will be the highest profile player ever suspended in the 96-year history of the NFL.
Roger Goodell's decision is expected to be announced next week and it is no longer a matter of if the NFL commissioner will suspend Brady, but for how long he will suspend him.
In conversations I've had with several key sources who always have a good sense of what goes on at 345 Park Avenue, there is little doubt Goodell considers Brady's role in DeflateGate a serious violation.
The NFL is convinced, according to sources, that connecting all the dots of the evidence supplied by Wells leads to one conclusion:
Brady cheated.

Because, as we know from past experience, he is a cheater. And cheating is what cheaters do.

The Players union will have something to say about this affair.

I’m not slow witted.
I don’t come to quick judgments either.
When were the balls weighed again to discover the 20% difference?

It means: the Pats will be playing without Brady between two and four games next year.

Pitiful is right.
The NFL is filled with low IQ thugs who beat up and impregnate women and train dogs to be killers, and the NFL seems to be okay with that.
The NFL has earned about as much respect as the NBA.

boy am I grouchy tonight! wow. I hurt my head/spine eight years back and decided that putting on 120 pounds would solve the problem.
now I'm 46, fat, back spine, and look like a beached whale lol.
I bought 100 dollars worth of fish and chicken the other night at midnight at shoprite out of frustration lol. Of course I also bought a pack of ring ding, lol, what an idiot :) and squandered ten bucks in scratch offs God forbid I leave the house without a vice being involved

Well, you’ve got a pretty good circumstantial case against the deflator.
But still, actual proof is lacking.

Yeah, they wanna go after Mark Sanchez for greasing the ball! LOL

Nothing, well, air tight.
But there’s enough to meet the league standard.

You are not permitted to collect pay for your suspended games. It’s not a paid vacation.

If I was Brady, I would more probably than not sue the living sh!t out of Goodell.I agree!
The report has so many qualifiers in the wording (probably, could have, might have) with no concrete proof it's ridiculous. If Goodell had any integrity he would have come out and said "we will never know" and left it at that.

Just, whatever you do, don’t let that extra weight turn into diabetes! Then it gets real serious.
Get to walking and exercising!

Yes. I am. No air escaped from the Colts balls. 11 of 12 balls supplied to the Pats were deflated. The laws of physics don’t change based on the color of your uniform.

Yes, ignore those very serious behavioral problems, but deflated balls is OMG SO SRS!
I don’t get it either.

It does definitely fall on the ref. No. It does not.
The officials weighed the balls before the game. The ref is not ordinarily going to squeeze a ball hard enough to definitively determine that the ball is under-inflated. These balls were so seriously under regulation that officials notified the NFL. It was the NFL's decision to allow the game to continue, and to re-weigh the balls at halftime.
The Patriots cheated.
The refs did nothing wrong.

Well, my standard is definitely higher than theirs. I am like that though.
That standard of more probable than not just blows my mind. But I do realize this is not a criminal trial.
