I have noticed that there seems to be more and more posters on FR that have accounts from the 1990's or early 2000's, that are posting a lot more frequently.
I can't be the only one that has noticed this.
Maybe it was Ted Cruz, I don't know, but I'd like to know that I'm not alone here.
It's been eight years, but I miss him too.

What I dread are those who will come out of the closet as we get closer to the next election~those single-issue accounts who can’t coalesce around a candidate because they’re not “strong enough” on some pet issue. All they’ll do here is cause discontent.

Howlin and Peach were kicked out during the great Giuliani purge in April 2007. Their accounts were reinstated but they never came back.
Another who left on her own was Allegra, in 2011. I know we all enjoyed her Iraq pages but also worried about her safety.

A few years ago, I was playing real money online poker.
I was put on a table with a guy who’s handle was “David Watts”.
I sent him a message “ I wish I could be like you”

Yeah, Romney's been bashed quite a lot here. He earned every bit of it, too. The guy's a Democrat in all but label only.

I understand your comments, there were some so Anti-Romney that they helped to get Obama re-elected, with their Anti-Romney propaganda, just made me sick and I didn’t even look at FR for over a year.

Thanks for posting the link to Pukin Dog's posts. I actually recall his very last one. I well remember how that post brought me to full attention at the time.
I was still a lurker, and signed up shortly afterwards. There's no doubt that he was one of the high value Freepers who initially glued me to this site.
