So on CNN, Kevin Costner admitted to having used the N word. Many times. So what? Does that make him a racist? I talked about it on this week's radio show, including MY experience with having used and heard the word.
Watch for yourself and decide on whether the context matters in this instance.

"Now, give me Meryl Streep or Cate Blanchet ANY day of the week. Those women TOTALLY lose themselves in character." I saw a movie the other day and it blew me away when I realized who the actor was in an awesome bit of work called The Rover
The guy playing the awesome part of "Rey" was none other than:
Robert Pattinson
The same guy who starred in the God-awful teenybopper sparkly vampire Twilight Movies. I did not recognize him at all and only found out who he was when I saw the credits. He literally disappeared into that character!

I’ve heard from others that’s he d@mn good. I cannot bring myself to watch those Vampire movies.
Getting TRICKED into watching Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise ruin, ‘Interview With The Vampire’ made me never want to trust again, LOL!
Thanks for the recommendation. :)

understand the rover is a very slow paced bleak movie. More of an art house piece but the acting was superb!

In many modern acting schools, the Stanislavski Method is being replaced by two (rather short) courses.
One is “The Costner Pensive Stare.”
The second is “The Shatner Pregnant Pause With Angst.”

Never heard of this guy, nor do I care enough to go to his blog. If he wants ppl to read his stuff here, post it here and join the FR community.
CNN, Kevin Costner, and Hollywood gossip may be better suited for TMZ rather than the premier conservative forum on the web.

The second is The Shatner Pregnant Pause With Angst.
A perennial favorite!
‘Shatner on the Mount.’ You Tube it. ;)

Yeah it is one of the true conundrums here on Free Republic. A site that promotes the American way and free enterprise but demands you give them your copyrighted material in full for free BUT will not post the full copyrighted material of leftist sources like CNN and the New York Times etc. I still can't get my head around it. CNN, NYT, etc are big enough to sue you for copyright violations. Smaller entities aren't.

I’m on your side, Steven. I don’t mind clicking on links. I just don’t want to see you take unnecessary flak.

"CNN, NYT, etc are big enough to sue you for copyright violations. Smaller entities aren't." Ahh so then I get it now. One posts copyrighted material in full until you can no longer get away with it. Isn't that like playing a daily game of Russian Roulette?
