It’s how he bought 2 elections. Other than Obamacare he did not pass any new massive programs. Just played fast and loose with the rules on all of the existing ones.

has been around since 2005 and started under President George W. Bush, it ballooned under President Obama and the phones are often referred to as Obamaphones. The story of our Republi-crat government. The liberal Republican starts a program and promises it will remain small and used only by the "truly needy." The Dem comes in and expands it beyond all recognition. The Republicans just shrug and say they can't do anything about it.
