One thing that makes the U.S. great: no two states are the same. That diversity leads to distinct strengths and weaknesses, but how can you know what makes North Dakota different from South Dakota, besides a made-up line separating them?
Well, in the interest of showing that every state sucks in some way, we picked out one key area where each is most deficient. This is what every state is the worst at.

They are counting the per capita percentage of adults in the state with a high school diploma, and years ago for some reason, not the graduation rate of Texas students.
“Rick Perry says Texas has third-highest high school graduation rates”
Politifact” “We rate this statement as Mostly True.”
“”Perry said Texas has the nations third-highest high school graduation rate, which he called a significant turnaround from a few years ago.
Texas tied with five states for the third-highest rate in 2011, of 86 percent. Then again, three states had higher rates, meaning Texas might better be described as fourth-ranked.””
Presided over what conversion?
How many of those FL boating accidents involve tourists?
People also don’t know that while Texas and California have the exact same percentage of Hispanics, Texas has about double the black population of California.
Besides, as I pointed out earlier, this isn’t about the graduation rate of Texas high schools, which is fine.
What a self-impressed gasbag.
What are you talking about? This article had nothing to do with Bill O'Reilly.
Just kidding...I know what you mean. The article is best read for amusement, not for hard information.
Hot? Begging many pardons Madame but you want hot? Come to the Jersey Shore. Typical hot day here is anytime from May to September with daytime temps at 80/90+ with humidity anywhere from 36 to 47%. Humidity is a killer. Temps at 100% too.

It might be helpful if the categories of criticism were limited to things we can DO something about.
Go to the National Grasslands in October, feel the vastness. Bring a shotgun for the grouse.
“Wisconsin: Highest incarceration rate of African Americans”
Now WHAT is wrong with this picture? Commit the crime, do the time. The REST of you states need to step it up!! ;)

I'm from Idaho, born and raised. Idaho drivers (the natives, anyway) were always courteous and were able to negotiate the bad roads in winter. Since I've reached adulthood (1987), my state has changed for the worse with tons of out-of-state transfers in, and a lot of illegals.
That being said, I currently live in New Mexico, and Albuquerque drivers are worse than anywhere I've ever driven. I've driven in Boston, and when they cut you off, they at least look at you. Here, no dice, they just do it. I've driven in Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, NYC, Lon Guyland, Salt Lake City, and several other areas. So, I can compare NM to a wide variety of places. They suck here.
That guy in the middle...
He had to be the guy that they modeled “Sling Blade” off of...
I wonder if that incarceration rate has something to do with the cold... is it seasonal?
Wisconsin’s nice. They have nice dairy air up there.
