First of all, it is quite possible that the Jenna Bush photo was somehow altered to make her appear to be falling down drunk. But, we know the phone of the Obama girls is genuine and they appeared in the manner described, at a solemn White House event where the president issues a pardon to turkey.
There is a difference between looking “sullen” and looking merely bored or having an embarrassing incident that is caught on camera. That “sullen” look is of a very ‘particular’ variety, often exhibited by The Mooch, so the apples don’t fall far from the tree.
The staffer should have known better than to pick on the kids, even if what she did is no where near the abuse to which Republican (especially Palin) kids have been subjected.
Were critics of Jenna Bush made to apologize and resign their job?

Children of US Presidents - Where Are They Now?
A quick summary of all the living children of US Presidents, with recent photos. The Carter offspring come across as the least well adjusted. Three of his four appear to be flakes.
So a single Congressional staffer makes an offensive comment, and it’s national news?

I’m not excusing the Bush girls, but what you do at a private Frat party is not equivalent to what you do at a formal appearance at a White House Ceremony.
If they didn’t want to get properly dressed, they should have stayed away from the ceremony.
All politician’s kids should be off-limit unless they seek the limelight. Palin’s daughter has been seeking it, so she has become fair game.
Bush daughters, Chelsea, and Obama’s kids didn’t seek it.
Imagine the posts here if Obama’s kids were in a drunken fistfight at a party.

I always thought picking on the first kids was below the line. It’s gotta suck to be a first kid, doing your teenage years in public and being dragged out for photo-ops, dates with the SS tagging are probably loads of fun, forget hanging out at the mall or cruising. Leave em alone, they’re kids, and like most of us they’ll probably look back on what they did and how they dressed and say “ugh”.
The classlessness of the Obolas has nothing to do with Jenna Bush, who has grown up into a fine young woman. This is a classic liberal misdirection. That the spawn of these two classless, soulless parasites are lacking in social graces should not be a subject of any debate - the apples don’t fall far from the tree, after all.
