So Benjy decides he's gonna mount another bull (instead of mounting a cow). How well does this work out?
The bull getting the attention doesn't have the proper receiving gear, so this is not likely to feel good.
Benjy probably got the sh*t kicked out of him any time he tried this. But there's no mention of this.
I don't think Benjy is gay at all.
I think Benjy is just not a successful stud. Hell, I know a lot of guys like that, and they're not gay...

The gay bull was a disappointment because he was to take the place of an aging bull, but showed interest only in talking with the old bull.
So the rancher brings home a lively, young straight bull and turns him loose. He’s servicing his fourth cow when the old bull starts snorting and pawing the turf.
“What’s up with that?” asks the gay bull.
“I don’t want to be mistaken for a cow.” replied the old bull.
“Well,” said the gay bull. “I’d better stand stock still.”
Yep, this is strange.
Could it be that this bull didn’t find any of the females attractive? And that’s why mating didn’t happen?
As a man, I am attracted to females. However, I am not attracted that way to every single female I meet. Could the same be true in the animal kingdom?
And don’t females have to be receptive to a male also?
There are reasons other than this bull being homosexual, that mating didn’t happen.
I have seen other stories in the media in recent years, talking about homosexuality in animals. Why do they run these stories? To convince us that homosexuality is normal, found in animals, found in people too????
I thought this was out of the Onion, but back to my steak now.
A gay bull? That could get rather messy if he tried to force himself on an unwilling partner.

Bengay’s former boyfriends may be why a certain well- known fast food burger now causes me to belch. If he HAS to be gotten rid of, please don’t sell him to the burger outfit. How about peddling him off to Florsheim instead?
So he’s being put out to pasture to rape other bulls???
I believe the bull wouldn’t breed because he was choosing to remain celibate until marriage. He didn’t want to be used as a tool for sex and his self respect wouldn’t allow him to perform.
Either that or possibly the cows all looked too much like Moochelle.
Why Benjy wouldn’t breed ...
This might not apply, but, a few years ago we had a neighbor who bragged about going out west and getting a hot bull to bring home and upgrade his beef herd.
He bought it as a calf and fed it all winter.
Turned it out with the cows and nothing happened.
Had the vet out.
Vet pointed out helpfully that nothign was happening because the bull had been castrated as a calf.The neighbor was sent the wrong calf.
Benjy might have been something like that.
