Something About The Way She Died Part 2 by Linda Jordan
On January 6, 2014 we were told that Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obamas controversial birth certificate , died from cardiac arrhythmia after the small plane she was in had to make an emergency ocean landing.
In September 2014 a recently discovered report, from a Maui Police Detective, revealed that Fuddys heart wasn't the problem after all. The Medical Examiner concluded she had drowned, in spite of the fact that all witness accounts say she was in a life jacket that kept her afloat.
Now, its November 2014 and I have just reviewed a debriefing report from a Commander with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) who was part of the rescue effort after the ocean ditching. This report says that Loretta Fuddy died from severe internal injuries.
I include the relevant part of the debriefing below.
Is there a link to the Part One thread?
OK what expenses did the invoices show, just autopsy? anything else?
from your post #346
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3225949/posts?page=346#346
“....since it was the MCPD Accountinq Office which had (and qave me) the invoices they qot for autopsy expenses, which were billed not to the County of Maui but to the Maui Police Department - .....”
The invoice that charged for all expenses (including travel, partking, etc) just had charges for the autopsy (the same fee as for all the other autopsies for December 2013) and the standard fee for pronouncement of death.
The invoice for the autopsy itself showed expenses for the exam and for the lab work.
OK many thanks for the info!
More questions about this part of your post:
“...the MCPD Accountinq Office which had (and qave me) the invoices they qot for autopsy expenses, which were billed not to the County of Maui but to the Maui Police Department - but it didnt come out of the MCPD budqet and was never reimbursed by the MCPD,and the MCPD never even knew about it?
1) If it didn’t come out of the mcpd budget, where would it come from?
2) What would tell us where the $ came from?
3) Who reimbursed it?
4) If it went to the mcpd instead of to the Maui county, that means a police dept got involved ....
question here is,
if a pd gets involved, why would they get involved?
Many thanks again,
WildHighlander57
1) should be Maui county not MCD.
Maui county should be MCPD, you said it came out of MCPD
@-@ I read it wrong....
The police dept claims to have been involved. The police chief is the county coroner, and he is the one who ordered the autopsy. The police dept paid for the autopsy and pronouncement of death but even though travel expenses are supposed to be listed on the form that the other autopsy expenses were billed on, there were no travel expenses incurred for either the pronouncement of death or the autopsy.
An attorney for Maui County, in response to a request for records that would show either the means of communicating the pronouncement of death or the presence of Dr. Harle on-site for the pronouncement and/or autopsy, said they don’t have any records and to their knowledge nobody else has any records either.
That seems pretty clear to me. Travel expenses are supposed to be billed to the Police Dept. They weren’t, and the Maui Co attorney said that neither they nor anybody else that he knew of had any records which would show Harle present for either the pronouncement or the autopsy itself.
Should have been a piece of cake to prove, since autopsies are supposed to be recorded. (One court case involved someone contesting whether the recording of a Maui County autopsy could be used in court.) Apparently not this one. I wonder why not...
The questions about somebody besides the police dept paying for transportation of Dr. Harle - by charter plane or by any other way - come from 4Zoltan. It’s his theory so you’d have to ask him about this. The records and responses I’ve gotten say it was the Police Dept who should have been charged for that expense, since the place for the billing is right there on the form where all the other autopsy and pronouncement charges were billed to the MCPD. And IIRC the form itself had a heading saying this was for Maui County Police Department, so it isn’t like this was a form that was also used by other counties. The form was intended for Maui County Police Department’s arrangements with that medical company.
“Did you see anybody moving to take off jewelry in Puentes video?”
The video is only the 10-15 seconds of the flight. What happened before then?
“he USCG helos have advanced equipment to monitor and treat stuff like heart attacks, but they took the time to take off her socks and shoes so they could tap both of her feet, in order to determine if she was dead?”
You mean like it says in the USCG CPR protocol?
OK this part stood out:
“.... Travel expenses are supposed to be billed to the Police Dept. They werent, and the Maui Co attorney said that neither they nor anybody else that he knew of had any records which would show Harle present for either the pronouncement or the autopsy itself. ....”
That attorney is parsing words.... he said neither they or anyone else he knew of had any records which would show —Harle— present.
What if it was someone —other— than Harle that did the pronouncement or the autopsy?
Marilyn Briley had earrings on. The men nearly all had watches on.
I honestly don’t think Kawasaki took the time to tell them to take off their jewelry. That would be the absolute lowest priority for him as he was trying to get the plane landed safely in that minute or so. You may be thinking of flights where there are flight attendants to give messages like that. This was just Kawasaki, no flight attendant and no co-pilot - and very little time, as opposed to a flight that is tens of thousands of feet altitude when they realize they’re going down.
The protocol at http://www.uscg.mil/health/docs/pdf/sar_cpr_protocols.pdf says,
“3. The following must be observed and recorded by CG EMS provider: No pulse in carotid artery or cardiac
apex for 60 seconds (if available, a cardiac monitor must be used); No respiratory effort for 60 seconds
despite open airway (if available, a stethoscope must be used for confirmation); Unresponsive to painful
stimulus such as a sternal rub and no tendon reflexes; No pupillary reflexes (i.e. pupils non-responsive to
light and remain fixed and dilated) and no corneal reflexes; No evidence of drug overdose as the cause of
unresponsivenenss”
Nowhere does it say to take off socks and shoes and check the planar reflex. Tendon reflexes can be tested through a variety of means. And the planar reflex would not have to be tested in both feet even if it was the means for testing reflexes.
But a funny thing happened when I went to check the USCG protocols. The link that Linda had given me, to make sure I knew where to find this stuff (http://www.uscg.mil/hq/cg5/cg534/nsarc/Land_SAR_Addendum/Published_Land%20SAR%20Addendum%20%281118111%29%20-%20Bookmark.pdf 0 - which I had opened and looked at just a few days ago - now requires a password. I’ve got a screenshot of it. Why would a password be required for a public document right now (after you made the claim about socks and shoes having to be taken off)?
I went to archive.org to save the page on the first link cited above and found that it is excluded from the Wayback machine. Normally Wayback Machine will say that it’s not on the Wayback machine but it is on the web - and asks if you would like to save it on the web. Didn’t happen this time.
Fortunately, I had already saved it, and I think I’ve saved the other one too if I can find it.
Funny things are happening in relationship to your posts, 4Zoltan. Folks may have noticed that I’m not using q for g any more. That’s because I can’t (currently) use the laptop that had the bad g key. As I was typing a response to one of your posts 2 days ago all of a sudden my computer wouldn’t display any type from the laptop keyboard or from a USB keyboard that I plugged in. It would let me use the mouse and it recognized that I had input type from the keyboard(s) but it would not allow anything from the keyboard to show up or be accepted by the computer. It means that I can’t enter the password to unlock my computer once the computer is decrypted.
Something happened to my computer in the middle of when I was preparing to post a response to one of your posts.
Exactly what connections do you have to this lawless regime?
Funny. I don't need a password.
Exactly what connections do you have to this lawless regime?
He's an internet frogman! :-)
You obviously have a POS laptop with issues. Now it has more issues and you think that it's being controlled remotely? Seriously?
The obvious assumption, I would think, was that the doctor caught a ride over, whether by air or sea, with someone already going to Molokai. Since the accident had just happened on the 11th, and the autopsy was performed on the morning of the 13th, there were probably police officers going to Molokai. Since this is all Maui County, I imagine the police have their own means of transportation to access all areas of the county. So why would Dr. Harle bill back the government when she was riding in their boat, plane, or helicopter?
The bill said Dr. Harle did the pronouncement and the autopsy. That’s why I made the request I did, which both Chief Faaumu and the attorney responded to.
My laptop was fine even as I was typing out that response 2 days ago. I went to edit it and that was the last input that was allowed to show on the screen or be processed. It would accept mouse input to click on anything except the on-screen keyboard. It recognized that the mouse had been used but it would not allow that input to be processed IOW, it would do anything except let me speak. The only “speaking” I can do to my own computer is before the computer is decrypted. Once it’s decrypted, it will accept no LETTERS from me - either by keyboard or by mouse.
I’ve got a screenshot of the password requirement. And if it’s only required on my computer and nobody else’s, that’s another problem... It didn’t require a password a few days ago so what changed in the past few days, either on my computer or on that site?
Oh - and if she caught a ride with an MCPD flight that just happened to be going to Molokai that morning (Molokai has its own station so inter-island travel is not usual), there still would have been some record of it.
And at the very least there is supposed to be a recording of the autopsy being done - which would make the travel issue moot. There is no recording.
Also, there would not be police officers going to Molokai from Maui on Dec 13th because the MCPD had already decided on the evening of the 11th (after first saying it WAS a normal case and then changing their mind at a very peculiar time...) that the investigation following the plane landing was an “outside assistance” case - that is, that HRS 841-3 was not in effect and the only reason even the folks on Molokai were involved was to assist some other agency. If the Molokai branch of the MCPD didn’t even have jurisdiction and was simply helping somebody else out, then FOR SURE the Maui branch had no reason to be involved, and especially not to go there to Molokai.
Opens for me without a password.
Kawasaki did give instructions to the passengers. What they were neither you or I know. Also I’ve never been in a plane crash landing yet I know to take off jewelry maybe Director Fuddy had the same understanding. Or are you going to claim that you know everything she knew?
Plantar reflexes are used to did determine neurological function. We’re you in the helicopter at the time? You cannot know what diagnostic tools they used to determine if she was brain dead. Hypothermia can make people appear brain dead.
My connection is exactly the same as yours, wink, wink. See you at the next meeting. BTW, congratulations on winning the Soros Award for innovations that discredit the Birther movement. Frankly when I heard about your plans to introduce ninja frogmen into the Director Fuddy conspiracy theories, I thought it was over the top even for you. But you pulled it off. My hat is off to you.
But seriously, where I see horseshit, you see zebra shit..
How did you “hear about (my) plans”?
When you submitted your original idea to Soros, he sent it around for comments. LOL
