The invoice that charged for all expenses (including travel, partking, etc) just had charges for the autopsy (the same fee as for all the other autopsies for December 2013) and the standard fee for pronouncement of death.
The invoice for the autopsy itself showed expenses for the exam and for the lab work.

1) should be Maui county not MCD.
Maui county should be MCPD, you said it came out of MCPD
