I have spent a little time compiling links to threads about the Ebola outbreak in the interest of having all the links in one thread for future reference.
Please add links to new threads and articles of interest as the situation develops.
Thank You all for you participation.
Well said! Thank you!

It does make you want to reach for the roll of Reynold’s Wrap, doesn’t it?
This may be the video that your 2 posts are based on.

kinda odd to say - only malaria - but they can treat that.
It sounded more ominous
“...10K watt generator; 1000 gal propane tank; separate circuit...”

What is a fair budget price for such an undertaking?
it is infuriating that they say it is from a breach of protocol when they have no evidence.. My heart goes out to the poor health care worker... the same is being done in Spain..
Dallas Independent School District robo-called all parents with kids in their system Sunday night.
It appears that the infected HCW was a contract employee of the DISD system as a part time nurse.
The robo-call stated that she has no children of her own and treated no children in the DISD system during the time of infection.
Welcome to the new world of Ebola.
*shudder*
"The answer seems to be there really isn't one person or agency. There is not a single national response.
The Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has emerged as the standard-bearer and sometimes the scapegoat on Ebola."
So the Federal can keep borders open and population at risk of disease ,
But the States have to ask Feds to interceed, and State Health Depts. have the option not to follow direction.
Read the article because it shows the ironic medical conundrum we are currently embroiled and find ourself.
Excellent questions and ideas.
Also, would you disclose the make, type, and model of the gen?
Thanks
I no longer wear a tinfoil hat. I heard the gubermint uses it to help focus the mind control beams.
If I had any idea what your question was about, sure I would.
Prayers up for the students and families of these DISD call recipients.
Thank you ...that was quite interesting . I did, however have to look up much of the terminology! Which then leads to looking up still others to understand the one you started with!..... No wonder it takes specific fields of study to understand the many particulars of the human body and how it functions..... It does seem to boil down to this Ebola virus punctures the cells, multiplies therein until it erupts the cell and then those Ebola’s do likewise throughout the system....rapidly multiplying and attacking the cells one after another and another...and many Ebola eventually wearing down the immune system entirely..... it is no wonder this beast is so deadly. It’s like a blood sucker on the cells of the body! Meanwhile the body’s natural defenses come into play which seem some attract the Ebola all the more....it is quite confusing to figure out, but it does seem to destroy the lymph node system and then body organs such as the liver and kidneys.
Added to that all the effects it has on the bloodstream as it travels....just an awful awful nasty disease.
I advised Andy that God was telling him to move back to Fresno.
It's time for your kids to visit their Grandpa.
"The address of the 2nd infected 5700 Marquita Ave, Dallas, TX 75206 is a few blocks away from the Trader Joes My and kids visited Friday!"
Working it with S.O.
Could the reason that the HCW’s that treated Duncan and the Spanish man got infected be specifically because their patients died? In other words, is this virus enormously more virulent and spreadable at the point of death?
Brantley and Whitebol, et. al, didn’t make it to that point.
Maybe the CDC is right. It’s not transmitted in the early stages, or maybe even the mid stages. And that’s why Duncan’s family, the ambulance drivers, the intake people on the first and second visits to the hospital, etc., etc., have not gotten it yet. Just this poor nurse who was around him at the very last.
Hmmm, it may be nothing, but here is an interesting twitter feed from WFAA’s Jason Whitely. Are we looking at another possible patient in Dallas?
