Ugly display as Michael Sam is drafted..
"Nice Anti-Trust Exemption you've got there......"
It doesn't matter if he can play football.
GAG. ESPN was absolutely disgusting. First, in threatening the NFL not to pass up The First Homosexual Draftee, and then certainly showing him kissing his little boyfriend (who looks like Obama’s Pajama Boy).
Can’t some other network have the draft? We won’t be tuning in ESPN’s Debauchery Central next year.
The Gay Blade in the Oval Office must have been excited...
Bet he’s calling him right now.
But...but...he said he didn’t want to be a distraction......Guess that explains why he wasted no time swapping spit with his boyfriend on national TV.
The Rams management has to be thinking, “Oh crap, what did we just do?”
I don’t know about mot cutting him. If Sam doesn’t perform on the field, I doubt the Rams will continue wasting money and time on him. Team owners always keep an eye on the bottom line.
The Rams will give him a shot, but I predict if Sam turns out to he a dud, the Rams will find some way to unload him really fast.
Just turned it over there. They showed the hug, but not the kiss. Wil b interesting to see if ESPN shows the kiss during the replays. Football is officially dead, IMO, now back to baseball. Yes, I realize it is only a matter of time before it is dead too.....
Then stop watching. As I and many others have done.
I did, which is why I said I turned it off after the kiss.
Guess NFL now stands for “National Fag League.”
Michael Sam gives new meaning to the word “Rams”.
I mean, ‘forever’.
An issue you cannot get addressed from all those lauding such things as this is given % of population that is gay and % of population that can play any sport professionally, the number of such folks would be not only insignificant, but, infinitesimal either way you do the math.
It will be interesting to see how this affects ticket sales. St Louis is a baseball town, and the other major sports teams there live on only a fraction of the love that the Cardinals enjoy.
Does he prefer tight ends or wide receivers?
I thought Jeff Fischer was smarter then that. Why would he take a chance on a major distraction who probably won’t help his team on the field?
Rams don’t get a lot of support, this will not help.
