So why master homemade mayonnaise? For starters, its healthier and tastes better than store-bought (yes, even Dukes). Plus, making mayo will make your grandmothers heart full.

The secret ingredient is euricic acid. That is what rape seed is high in in general, but canola only has traces of.
It is a great movie. Very moving, and based on a true story.
(In high doses euricic acid studies show it may case damage to cardiac muscle, even though the Indian subcontinent uses high euricic rape with no statistical cardiac problem blip )
I grew up on Hellmann’s but once ordered avocado stuffed with chicken salad at a French restaurant and was never the same. Noticed one of the staff watching me and my eyes going around in circles.
