The workforce is even more stratified by race than you'd imagine. The differences in unemployment rates, participation rates, and average earnings between whites, blacks, and Hispanics aren't just stark. They're also sturdy, rarely yielding over the last 40 years.

The racial gaps are stark at the job level, too.

Whites account for about 81 percent of the workforce. But there are 33 occupations counted by the BLS (particularly those on farms, around heavy machines, in doctor's offices, and in C-suites) where whites officially account for nine in ten of all workers, or more. Here they are.

When I was attending Marriage Preparation Classes at our Church with my bride-to-be, they asked us each which tactic used by the other when we had a fight did we resent the most.

She got this look of consternation on her face, and then blurted out in a harsh tone "he, he.......he uses LOGIC on me!"

I would guess, based on my own observations, that it would be janitorial-type jobs.

most of those jobs require one of two things, sometimes both....long academic study OR long, hard hours ...I should add a third....work that requires working with the public and knowing how to get along....

Ok, I didn't read what the 33 jobs were but here is my thoughts. You own a business and you advertise for workers. You get some white people applying, 99% of them are well dressed, articulate, can count and do basic math and they speak real English. The Black and Hispanic applicants you interview dress like sh**, barely speak some form of Enlish, can't count and can't do basic math. Who do you hire? The educated white people or the uneducated minorities who show up hoping to luck into a gravy train.

If blacks want jobs they need to get a HS diploma(at the least), learn to speak correct English, and know basic skills such as math. However most of them prefer to remain stupid and uneducated because other wise they might be accused of "looking white", can't have that.

also...govt jobs....they seem to take bureucrat jobs a lot....

the 81% of jobs done by white people is telling....we're doing the work of the country....maybe we're the fools...
