The Alabama Democrat Party just submitted a completely different birth certificate than the one that was posted at the White House website in 2011.
Larry Klayman, the plaintiffs counsel submitted the forgery of Barack Hussein Obamas birth certificate that was posted to whitehouse.gov on 4-27-2001 (seen below). Fogbow/Jack Ryan obot group produced another bogus one. Still a third birth certificate has been submitted by Alabama Democrats to the Supreme Court.
Remember, this court is being presided over by Chief Justice Roy Moore, who supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, when he believed Obama to be a usurper and denied following orders to deploy to Iraq until Obama proved his eligibility as part of keeping his oath (ironically Lakin was not supported by Mr. Oathkeeper Stewart Rhodes). Another justice on the court by the name of Tom Parker will also hear the case. He has stated in a previous case:
McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the short form and the long form birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.
While the Alabama Democrats attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence by McInnish inadmissible and not worthy of belief, they also stated A county sheriff from Arizona is not an official source of anything in Alabama.
But what stands out in their brief is something very new, Barack Hussein Obamas long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something never before seen. Its on page 33 in the document below.

My posting history stands as a permanent testimony of my love and support for our Constitution and the truth.
The birthers' posting history stands as a permanent testimony of their absolute commitment to find some way, legitimate or illegitimate, to declare the current President "ineligible."
I can't tell you how many dozens of bogus, fallacious arguments in support of that goal have been presented here. I can give you a good guess when it comes to the Constitutional side of things alone, because that's the side I care more about. I've counted at least 45.
I don't think this is a tolerable situation for those of us who really care about the Constitution and the truth. For those who care more about finding some pretext for declaring the current president ineligible than they actually care about the Constitution and the truth, well, it's no big deal. Throw the Founders overboard. Throw our history overboard. Throw any genuine, accurate understanding of our laws overboard. Hey, we have a chance here to pretend that the current President (who is a disaster in so many ways I can't even count them, either) is ineligible.
Well, it's a nice fantasy. But from a real, honest, Constitutional point of view, it simply isn't true. And it makes those of us who really are conservatives look like idiots. And do I care about that? Yes, I do. Quite a few other people do, too. I think. I hope so.
Because if we look like idiots, we're not going to win the next set of elections.
Ah, but... you say. We can have him declared ineligible and driven out of office. Well, that's a total and absolute fantasy. It's never going to happen. NEVER. Do you understand me? This is the voice of wisdom, speaking to you.
I think someone here in the last week tabulated the record of birther cases so far. Somehow the number 317 sticks in my mind. If it wasn't 0 for 317, it was darn close.
Do you know what the definition of insanity is? It's doing the same thing, and expecting different results.
Doubtless the person who wrote that had in mind people trying the same futile action 5 or 6 or 7 times.
That's not the birthers. The birthers have done the same idiotic thing more than 300 times now, every time expecting, or at least hoping for, a different result.
How stupid is that? How insane is that? I can't even tell you how stupid and insane that is. Well, I can, but not on a family-friendly site. Because it requires a powerful expletive to accompany the words "stupid" and "insane."
But let's entertain, for a moment, the idea that there might be some faint hope. It's a complete fantasy - you might just as well hope that Bill Gates is going to pull your name out of the phone directory at random and send you a check for $50 million - but let's entertain the idea for a moment.
How on earth do you think you can possibly support that process by making arguments here, on FreeRepublic?
You can't. There's nothing you can possibly accomplish with birther arguments here, except to divide conservatives, and distract conservatives from doing whatever is required to win the next set of elections, and draw the attention of conservatives away from issues that matter more. And... make conservatives look like idiots.
Which, if that's your agenda, well congratulations, because I think the birthers have been fairly effective at that. And I am not alone in that opinion.
So let's go way beyond reason, out on a lunar trip beyond reason, and assume for a moment that lightning strikes, on a clear blue day, on a target made out of plastic and propped up in the middle of a field of daisies. Let's suppose that the brilliant and charming Orly Taitz finally finds an "honest judge," and he rules that Obama is ineligible (ha!), and it goes up the line and - wonder of wonders - the US Supreme Court affirms the ruling and says, "Mr. Obama, you must vacate the White House."
Now that's a fantasy on the order of imagining that Charlize Theron is going to ring your doorbell next Saturday and burst out that she really has this uncontrollable desire to feel you in her arms. But, we're fantasizing here so we'll go the whole enchilada.
Who, exactly, would that leave as President?
Yes, that's right. Biden. You know, the guy with the low-wattage IQ. Dim Bulb Biden.
You're telling me that would even be an improvement?
I don't know. Maybe it would. But it wouldn't be much of one.
Just tell me one thing. What's your handle on Fogbow? No sense denying it any longer. 'Fess up, and be done with it.
You are just so full of it.
You have no way to defend your Constitutional position, because it's indefensible. So you come up with all these stupid insinuations and ad-hominem attacks.
As you might expect, I'm not a "Fogbower." Well, you know that already. Like some of the other conspiracy nuts here, you just want to try and smear me in any way possible, to distract from the fact that your bogus Constitutional arguments have been beaten to death by the facts.
“Who, exactly, would that leave as President?
Yes, that’s right. Biden. You know, the guy with the low-wattage IQ. Dim Bulb Biden.
I don’t know. Maybe it would. But it wouldn’t be much of one.”
How is it you don’t know that Biden wd be an improvement? (Speaking of dim bulbs—do you honestly believe Obama is not about as dim as they get?) Do you really believe Biden hates the USA as much or more as Obama? Really???
Anybody who can’t see Biden wd be an improvement is a liberal. For one thing, we cd criticize Biden w’out being called racists. Imagine a POTUS who cdn’t whip out the race card to cover for every stupid thing he does & says, & tell me that wdn’t be better than the situation w have now.
Plus Obama really & truly DOES hate the USA. Biden is a jerk, among other things, but he doesn’t viscerally hate this country.
Jeff, you're insufferable, and nothing more than a motor-mouthed jabberwocky who turns out pages of text to try and silence those you disagree with. Unfortunately, you don't seem to have the capacity or analytical aptitude to make (or comprehend) a reasoned argument.
I asked you a very simple hypothetical question about a month or so ago, regarding what sort of citizenship would be most preferred for the office of President, by a body of people framing the constitution for a new government.
I laid out four or five common circumstances of birth, and asked you which of those would produce a citizen most likely to remain true and loyal to his countrymen and their founding compact.
It was a very simple exercise in reason, and you could have answered correctly in short order, but you didn't because you realized that the most logical and correct answer to the question would deflate your entire anti-birther argument.
In fact, you made me demand an answer to the question over the course of half a dozen exchanges or more. That showed clear evasion and intellectual dishonesty on your part. The clincher was when you finally replied, "I haven't really thought much about that."
Incredible. You've probably posted more words on the NBC subject than any poster in FR history, yet I'm supposed to accept your feigned inattention to the very core of the issue? Please, don't insult my intelligence.
You backed down and pretended that you didn't notice you'd been checkmated.
Well, I noticed it, Jeff. It's why I've written you off. You blinked at the most critical moment in this long and winding argument, which shows that you have nothing when it comes right down to it.
Personally, I'm convinced that you're working for Team Obama. No one invests the sort of time and energy into an issue as you have, unless they're being paid for it, they're fighting for their very life, or they've got an unhealthy obsession of some sort.
Obama's not as bright as they give him credit for. But he's not as dumb as Biden.
You make a pretty good point here. Maybe Biden would be an improvement. In fact, at this point I'm tempted to think he would be.
It would be hard for him to be any worse.
FR is crawling with them - they don’t like this case.
But before I respond further, I want to point out the double standard here.
I've pointed out literally DOZENS of fallacious arguments by the Constitutional conspiracy-mongers and Constitution-twisters here.
Just in the last day or so I listed 3 different things that DiogenesLamp said, that are clearly, absolutely FALSE.
The first was when he falsely accused me of being a "liar."
Ah, we can dismiss those. And the dozens and dozens of other bogus arguments I've pointed out.
Oh, but if someone in the course of months asks me some question, and I don't answer it to their satisfaction, oh my! I've "lost the argument."
Bull.
I don't think I ignored your question then (although I might have, I get so much stuff directed my way that it's hard to keep up with it at all times). And I answered it today, above.
The answer is that it's NOT "the most critical moment" or "the core of the issue," as you maintain.
You can justify literally just about anything by asking, "What would the Founders do?"
The measure of "what the Founders would do" is NOT your idea or mine, or Billy Bob Sampson's speculation about what he thinks, or imagines, or hopes the Founders would do.
The measure of what the Founders "would do" is WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID.
That's it.
The measure of what the Founders "would do" is our HISTORY and OUR LAW. The HISTORY and the LAWS that they put in place.
That's why I've never tried to approach the question by asking theoreticals from a distance of 225 years away.
I ask not what the Founders "would" do, but what they actually DID.
Now you don't like what they did. I understand that.
It doesn't change what they did.
Did you found the United States of America? Or did they? Did you write the Constitution and set the rules for citizenship? Or did they?
So that's the approach I've taken. It's to ask: What did the Founders do?
And THAT is why I find myself at odds with the birthers. Because when push comes to shove, they really don't care what the Founders actually did.
Oh, if it happens to agree with them, then they'll accept it. If it doesn't, they'll pretend the Founders did something else, whatever it is that THEY like. And they'll pretend to give lip service to the Founders while denying those same Founders' actions and words.
I'm not here to give lip service to the Constitution.
And you shouldn’t be either.
I will state upfront that I believe there are many dots missing in the issue of Obama’s eligibility to be POTUSA let alone a validated USA citizen. I suppose this makes me a ‘birther’ which I can live with and keep looking for a complete history. I have had the benefit and as to some persons an advantage of an education about this Nation and It’s Constitution from my first years of a parochial grade school to my exit graduation exam on the Constitution from a world renowned university. I have several copies of the ‘Declaration of Independence’ and the ‘Constitution’ in my small personal library along with various books/documents. I served in WWII and my only sibling brother, who was killed on Okinawa, were sons of immigrant parents and we were taught to honor and respect the USA Constitution. I have no problem believing that other persons in their own world of experiences can view the Obama matter differently than I do. However. I will not be influenced by another’s view unless I decide for myself what is valid and applicable.
Thank you for your post, you made my day.

Sir, if you wish to be a birther, be my guest. You have my blessings. In my book, you've earned it.
I am sorry that your brother did not have the opportunity to come home and enjoy the blessings of liberty that he fought and died for. I am glad you did, but both of you paid the price for my liberty and for the America that I grew up in.
I frequently seem to find myself in conflict with birthers. As a general group, I have lost whatever respect I might have once had for them. That does not apply to you. If I should ever be impolite to you, please remind me of this conversation.
Thank you for your service. And I also thank your brother for his.
Much like the LOLcats, Jeff haZ a confuzed. In his determination to make us look like fools, he forgot one small detail.
You see, Jeff, like every other lib troll on FR actually thinks that you and I are capable of being shamed over things like ‘facts’.
In Jeff’s world, they are mallable things where officially deputized posses are filled with conspirators and the sherrifs they serve are doddering old fools who risk lifetime careers to make up stories about those vile, evil and disgusting ‘black people’ because of deep seated racism.
In reality of course, liberals like Jeff display a particularly disgusting brand of racism. They work endlessly to help ensure that a thrice birth certificated pResident continues on in office, increasing the black unemployment numbers by the day. He helps make sure that more black children die at the hands of monsters like Gonsel the abortionist, who the rEaident blesses in the name of God in public venues. He helps liquidate those horrible black people from the streets of cities like Chicago through supporting the legitimacy of a rEsident that passes rule after law to keep them self eradicating.
So when a piece of human garbage like Jeff comes on to this site posting volumes of nonsense, I feel nothing but anger that my fellow conservatives do not band together and tell him just how vile and pathetic a thing he is.
Jeff? Why do you hate black people? Explain the 3 birth certificates Jeff and help us put an end to the racist monster in the White House.
Unless you WANT him there....
It does not matter at this point. No high-ish court is going to do anything about the matter, as the man has been elected (using illegal funds for one thing) TWICE to the Presidency. It is a waste of energy t this point. There is a better chance he be impeached, and that is near nil too. I wish it were all different, but it is not.
The qualification referred to in Section 3 of the Twentieth Amendment concerns obtaining a majority of votes in the electoral college. Only the electoral college voting members are discharged with the duty to determine the eligibility of a candidate.
The Courts and Congress have repeatedly refused to investigate and adjudicate the veracity of the electoral college voting members duty to determine eligibility of the candidate.
Members of the public do not have standing until a specific charge is made against them by the usurper or a usurper appointee. To avoid a specific adverse action by the usurper, the individual must object to the usurper or the usurper’s appointee pre-trial.
I just couldn't wait to share a really wack-a-doo idea with you chaps.
Get this! How's about we get the fellows and gals up at the SCOTUS to accept one of those appeal thingies from their clerk-call-screeners and tell us:
(a)WTF they think IS a natural born Citizen exactly
(b) Is the child of two illegal aliens born in LA (Lewiston-Auburn) actually a for-real citizen
what exactly was the status of The Mombasa MF when he applied to run for the Big Job?
It would be wonderful if they would turn their attention to this before Breyer falls off his bike terminally and the afore-mentioned Mombasa MF appoints Raúl Castro in his place.
In the meantime, I humbly suggest that the men's room in every courthouse in America be papered with the slightly differing versions of the Holey One's Birth Certificates, COLB's, Draft Cards, and Social Security Docs. God knows there are enough of them.
Speaking of courthouses, why is it that no one remembers that Reggie's BF was asked to permanently resign from the Illinois Bar? Something to do with fudging his identity and aliases. That is a no-no for the lawyer tribe, but apparently no biggie for Presidential candidates.
NO you crazy birther you can’t say that!!!
You are killing conservatism!!!
You are making us look like 911 truthers!!!
NOOO!!!!! Don’t use logic!!! BAD!!!BAD!!!BAD!!!
;)
However, let's give the amusing old fellow his due and not be fooled. This is a vicious, highly skilled partisan Democrat warrior. It was he who was the discoverer of one Barack Hussein Obama, ".... the clean negro with no black accent..." and fervently promoted him.
Joey Plugs is a very astute politician. He realized that having a "person of color" as the front man in the Social Revolution would immediately end any ANY challenge to the policy, constitutionality, and morality of the administration. After all, any such thing is racist.
Furthermore, he realistically assessed his own chances of running for the Big Job, and instead became the caboose on the Obama Train. I am sure he cynically figured out that this was an outside chance he had at taking over and that this was the best he could do.
In fact, I predict he will appear to be in the running for POTUS in '16, perhaps with Michelle as VP. A realist, Joey Plugs fully realizes that this would be an odds-on bet that Michelle would assume the Presidency in the not-too-distant future.
One sells "crazy" old Joey Plugs short at their peril.
