No offense...but in all surgeries there are risks......and also accidents happen.........
I thinnk I should shut up...because there are so many frivilous law suits against Docs...it has poisoned me...AND....all the frivilous bullshit is why healthcare costs go up!! Doctors are human...mistakes happen...frivilous law suits muck it up for everyone....
If our tort reform happened...health care costs would go down exponentially.........but people dont want to hear that....they want to know “How much can I get if I sue?”...ERGO.......no one wants to go into medicine anymore.....hell, my family is 5th generation surgeon.....and I have advised BOTH of my sons to do anything BUT! THANKS OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
