I had an Appaloosa horse that loved beer. He would untie himself from the horse trailer (despite how well I tied the knot) and stroll through the campground looking for beer. One afternoon he managed to grab a can of beer out of a man’s hand and a bag of chips from a kid. To drink the beer he held the open end of the can in his mouth and turned his head up. He could drain a can in seconds. He didn’t have a mean bone in his body but he did like beer and chips. I couldn’t even ride a mountain road without him picking up empty beer boxes and shaking them to see if something fell out.

On weekends we rode in a lot of wagon trains and even though we don’t drink there were always plenty that did. He loved camping out on those trips. :-)

I was at that party til one of bears said something about getting the munchies. They all loked at me so I said I would make the pizza run. Decided the two pizza's I could afford wouldn't cut the mustard so I didn't go back.
