Find the bright star in the (upper) blue portion of the nebula. Look straight down and you can see the tip of the cat's left ear.
Look down and to the left, and you can see two perfectly symmetrical eyes, with a perfectly formed feline nose between them, exactly where you'd expect it to be.
It gets even weirder. Look above the cat's right eye and you can faintly see its right ear sticking up. If you can now clearly see the face of the cat, look to your right and you will see its entire body.
Even spookier....I can even see the spotted markings on the cat's face, and whiskers.

Needed the help of the outlined image posted to the thread to see the cat. Interesting. You can also see a small jackal-like Egyptian head to the right of the cats right ear. Use that ear as the smaller jackal head ear.

I see it. So the cats in my house are probably the fallen angels of this cat in the heavens. I knew it!

At mid lower left look for a white-like side profile of a horse with a 1880s style bonnet on its head Still looking. Haven't spotted it yet.

I see many unusually-shaped noses... but no cat. See post 34. It should jump right out.

Me, I see nebulas (Nebulae) in clouds.
Not surprising, given the meaning of the word 'nebula.'

Needed the help of the outlined image posted to the thread to see the cat The outlined image on the thread doesn't show the one that looks photographic. Take a look at post 34. I cropped most everything else out of the big picture to make it easier to spot the cat's face.

We now learn that the fate of several thousand years of mankind's accomplishments will eventually be wiped out after being eaten by the giant space cat.
LOL!
