Hawaii Attorney General files opposition to Taitz's motion for reciprocal subpoena enforcement and also seeks sanctions against Taitz including labeling Taitz a vexatious litigant in Hawaii which means Taitz would be prohibited from filing future lawsuits in Hawaii related to Obama's (non-existent)records without first obtaining leave of Court. The opposition motion also argues why the GA subpoena is not valid in the State of Hawaii, as we already raised and pointed out here. The GA subpoena per OSAH rules is only valid in GA. The Hawaii Attorney General also claims the subpoena was not properly served upon the parties involved.

With Eric Holder's DOJ suing states left and right, I pretty much use it every day, preceded, of course, by a long string of salty adjectives not suitable for a family site.
But, will Taitz know enough to cite that HDOH rule...

If Hawaii refuses to cooperate with State judges, the State judges should claim Obama is not eligible for the elections in their States because he has failed to provide the documentation needed by the court to be certified for the ballots. Everyone can play this game.
It’s time to check mate the Muslim and his criminal abettors at the GOP and DNC. Either he demonstrates he is constitutionally qualified to be the President in cooperation with the courts, or he does not and is therefore rule ineligble.
The same would happen to any of us if we refused to provide the documentation needed to establish our citizenship and residency. Fork over the documentation or move along.
Their initial response was, “We can’t release ANY information.” Later it was discovered they could release index data, which eventually they did begrudgingly, but so far no one has got them to comply with this particular part of the law. The question is why not??

out of abundance of caution I am serving you yet again with a subpoena for your client to appear at trial on January 26 and for pretrial deposition.
Please, be advised, that I will be seeking sanctions against you, if you do not cease and desist your meritless attacks on me and your continuing defamation of my character in that you are seeking for me to pay your costs in defending forgery and elections fraud by your officials and your requests for judge Nishimura to label me a vexatious plaintiff in the state of HI after bringing only 1 legal action in the state of HI, which is not frivolous, but a legitimate action of seeking inspection of an original document in light of an alleged copy, as well as and my service of subpoena for your client to appear at trial and for pretrial depositions. I will be reporting your actions and actions of your clients to the Oversight committee of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress, as well as the Inspector General of the Department of Justice for criminal investigation of violation of civil rights under color of authority, harassment of a civil rights attorney, defamation, obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting forgery and elections fraud.

You're confusing actions with accomplishments.
Orly Taitz is a People's Court meets I Love Lucy political reality sideshow. A 4 year old child minding their own business playing with crayons and a coloring book does far less damage to the conservative movement than does Orly. Her Lucille Ball antics do more to trivialize the serious nature of our countries dire circumstances than Axelrod could ever hope for. The Obama administration is openly undermining Israel's efforts to defend itself while Orly is flying around the country, trying to find anyone who will take her accusations of presidential identity theft seriously. If the next election weren't so consequential, her circus would be entertaining.
Orly is a bumbling, narcissistic dentist with an online law degree and a martyr complex. She's an excellent spokesmodel for conspiracists, not conservatives.
But here is the other side of the coin...
...at least Van Irion is a real lawyer, with real courtroom experience and a real plan. Granted, he doesn't set his hair on fire to get attention, or fill cavities in between hysterical, irrelevant hearing room rants, but, perhaps he can get some real answers to some reasonable questions.
I expect they'd do the same to anyone else that persisted in trying to get them to produce those documents.
As in Dred Scott, it is all to the officials and the judges that Orly Taitz has been made to look a fool. A person is never perfect, a lawyer is never perfect — there are always flaws in one’s filings, in one’s demeanor, in one’s words. We are all human.
The question then is, what to make of those flaws? If possible we make them correct. A printed law might read the opposite of it’s intent because of a dropped comma — a reasonable judge looks to the clear intent and ignores the error of the printing, yet refers the mistake to the legislature for correction.
In Obama’s case we see a true con-man who has used his demonstrated charms to this era’s establishment and the mob both to have his flaws celebrated, made higher than the Law itself.
The opposite has accrued to we who have diligently sought the truth and sought to have it acted upon according to the law. And worse to Orly Taitz. Like was done to Sarah Palin, the culture’s many bad mouthers delight in pecking at truth-bearing women.
Quite correct. It is amazing this point is not widely recognized, but it very well may be the theory behind plaintiff's action before the GA court, notwithstanding its troubling assertion birthplace is irrelevant.
There should be no argument that it is naturally incumbent on every state to require evidence supporting a Certificate of Eligibility in order to appear on the ballot.
In this case, in order to avoid legal delays over any possible conflict with privacy laws which may be raised by HI, perhaps the GA court should also request all candidate(s) provide a copy of the BC in support of the oath. Ignoring or refusing such request would seem alone sufficient basis for denying a place on the ballot.
It seems inconceivable that a federal court could find any basis to deny a state the means of validating a certificate given to it under oath for a state process.

Although I admire her spirit..your summary is spot-on.

If Obama wants to be on the ballot in the State of Georgia, he has to prove he is a Natural Born Citizen per the US constitution in the Administative court of Deputy Cheif Judge Malihi on Jan. 26th 2012.
My question to you is: Without presenting in the Georgia courtroom vital records in the form of a physical, paper legal document with a raised seal, how does Obama prove he was born in Hawaii?
While i am fully behind Orly I find this writing very alarming. she writes the same on her site. No capitalization, run on sentences, and overall poorly written for an attorney. It seems she writes as she would talk. That is not good for an attorney. Some of the wording and terms are not proper for a legal writing.
Just saying.
Your comment reminds me of a Mark Twain stunt. If I recall correctly, when he was touring Italy he visited a museum where someone showed him some writing by Christopher Columbus. Mark Twain criticized the poor penmanship and asked the flabbergasted curator if he had any examples of Good writing.
It is a shame we get lost in ritual and procedure and forget what is really important in these things. A man going to prison for want of a silver tongued lawyer with good writing skills is more of an indictment of our system than it is of the person trying to see justice done.
It ought to be the duty of all officers of the court to see justice done.
