I have been fairly good still working and also caring for dad but now I have a new computer hope to be around more.

Oh Goody! Pet Peeve-Gripe Day!

Hmmmm,,,mean people.

It might be a liberal bumpersticker slogan, but “Mean People Suck” is still true.

“Don’t Let The Turkeys Get You Down” was a good old saying, and less offensive than using the “s” word in the other saying.

It’s disappointing and sad when people you’ve known all your life, are mean sometimes. I’m referring to my husband, mother and father at this time, who have all been less than nice lately.

But...as always the water’s fine at Amy’s Place!

I can always count on my Aunts and my Sister too, oh and my dogs and horses too....see it ain’t so bad.

Maybe it’s the weather. It was 95 here on Saturday.

Maybe I need to get a puppy.

Or a Martini.

I Know what you Mean; Some of the People in my Life can have an Unfeeling, Callous Attitude at Times.
Even after my Back Surgery in October,
One of them Launched a Slashing Verbal Attack while I was Laid up in Pain from the Operation.
That Hard-Hearted Verbal Stink Bomb they Dropped still Brings a Twinge of Hurt.

I’ve pinged “the world” to an old dead thread more than once.. It’s where I try out my posts and I have forgotten where I am..
The mod eventually deletes it for me..but never fast enough for my red face..LOL

I've used old threads to try something different but I think this is the first time that I've pinged everyone. I've also used an old thread to ask for help from either Billie or Lori.

I guess my Ooops will just stay there for posterity.

We just do our best to be kind and do our thing.
But somedays, you just can’t win.
We can always be assured that “Jesus Loves Me”!
Knowing that really helps get through the bad stuff.

Hey it’s not 95 degrees here today, that’s a great thing!
And I’ve gotten my rock garden all planted, and got a great start on the veggie garden today.

Gardening is hard work. I thought I was in shape, but I’m apparently using new muscles I didn’t use yet this year.

Hey it’s not 95 degrees here today, that’s a great thing!

We had a Pretty Good Rain Shower Last Night, after Many, Many Days without Rain,
And it has Cleaned and Refreshed the Air Outside. (We Live on a Dirt Road.)
My Black-Eyed Susan Flowers were Wilting before the Rain, Now they Look So Much Healthier.

I'm So Thankful for this Blessing of the Rain;
I'd Almost Forgotten what Rain is like, because of our Long-Standing Drought.

Thank You, Lord, for this Blessing!
