Not Holder but someone should. Holder would probably appoint Van Jones.

Someone who knows better should chime in, but I thought that the Special Prosecutor law is expired.

Yeah right. Stedman isn’t going to do any such thing. He is part of this criminal element.

I think Holder should investigate. That way they can complete the scam.

Wouldn’t that truly enable the coverup because the special prosecutor would be answerable to Holder? I remember this being done by Bildo Klintoon to make an investigation or two disappear under Janet Reno’s skirt, though I don’t recall the specifics.

While I do believe that the Obama administration should be investigated for the Solyndra deal I think that the Special Prosecutor law is poorly structured and has been poorly practiced in the past and should be scrapped.
The Special Prosecutors office in the past has been a huge waste of money. Prosecutors have extended investigations in to years and indicted no one. Have prosecuted people at the fringe of targeted crime for simply having a lapse of memory.
With an inexhaustible supply of money for your investigation you can financially ruin anyone who crosses your path.
The Special Prosecutors Office is a license to waste federal money for as long as you want to. All you have to do is issue a report and have an occasional press conference.
