Should Justice Department appoint a special prosecutor?
Not sure. Special prosecutors cost money and don't always get results.
No. There's not yet enough there to warrant a possible criminal investigation.
Yes. We need to know if the White House is using taxpayer money for political gain.

He would just appoint someone like himself.
Not Holder but someone should. Holder would probably appoint Van Jones.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
Someone who knows better should chime in, but I thought that the Special Prosecutor law is expired.
I’m sure Jamie Gorelick would be up to the job.
Yeah right. Stedman isn’t going to do any such thing. He is part of this criminal element.
I think Holder should investigate. That way they can complete the scam.
Wouldn’t that truly enable the coverup because the special prosecutor would be answerable to Holder? I remember this being done by Bildo Klintoon to make an investigation or two disappear under Janet Reno’s skirt, though I don’t recall the specifics.
Be careful what you ask for. Solyndra started under Bush.
I think we should do away with congressional hearings and investigations etc and find a means of letting everyday citizens take charge of this stuff.
Should the Fox investiGate the Henhouse scandal??
Poll: Should Holder jump off a bridge?
like he did for gun runner....sure...
Definitely someone should investigate, but not someone in the shack w/ the Ozero administration...
i don’t think it will matter.
IMO... no one can ignore this. EVERYONE’S reporting it.
We all know.
‘Solyndra started under Bush’ INCORRECT! Please do not spread this lie anymore.

“September 14, 2011
Bush Admin. Voted AGAINST Solyndra Loan
“
The results of the Congressional probe shared Tuesday with ABC News show that less than two weeks before President Bush left office, on January 9, 2009, the Energy Department’s credit committee had voted against offering a loan commitment to Solyndra.
Even after Obama took office on Jan. 20, 2009, analysts in the Energy Department and in the Office of Management and Budget were repeatedly questioning the wisdom of the loan. In one exchange, an Energy official wrote of “a major outstanding issue” — namely, that Solyndra’s numbers showed it would run out of cash in September 2011.
It is my understanding that the Bush Administration turned them down.
Holder should resign. He’s a damn joke of a man and terrible Attorney General.
(place)Holder makes Janet Reno look like John Ashcroft....
