MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Minneapolis mother is looking for the public’s help in finding a mob of teenage girls that she says assaulted her family.

The attack happened Thursday afternoon inside Folwell Park on Minneapolis’ north side. (more in article, found on Drudge)

Someone posted a link about how girls of this culture attack in packs. They do this weird screaching thing that has the purpose of disorienting and of confusing who is being attacked and who is attacking.
Also, they'll attack, screach, retreat, and act passive, as if they were the ones being attacked.

There's a reason Ender's Game is on the reading lists at a couple of the military academies. The Ender defense is basically this: when you are being threatened, take your enemy out in such a way that the enemy can never again be a threat. In the book, he killed two other children who attacked him. It's a personal application of the old Machiavellian principle,

Upon this, one has to remark that men ought either to be well treated or crushed, because they can avenge themselves of lighter injuries, of more serious ones they cannot; therefore the injury that is to be done to a man ought to be of such a kind that one does not stand in fear of revenge.

These feral gangs are becoming such a problem that I would say such a solution is viable. Only fear of death will stop them, only death will keep them from coming after the victims in reprisal for snitching or attempting to defend themselves.

Ender’s game is fantasy, and I’m against Machiavellian “Principles”, because those too were fantasies, no different than Marx’s theory of ruling by despotism. Indulged fantasies, dreaming when reality calls, bring on a lot of havoc, chaos, and misery.

A few days ago I called Machiavelli’s approach solving a small problem by introducing a bigger one.

Study William Tecumseh Sherman, or George Washington. Study Samson and why he stole clothing and why that worked. And if you want to deal with a street mob, first take some walks in their territory and learn about them.

Like hornets can be observed without drawing a swarm of them you can go and observe reality.

Machiavelli is reality, it has provided useful advice for centuries. That aspect of Ender's Game only reflects the truths put forth by Machiavelli.

Sherman - wipe out their ability to fight back, very Machiavellian. Washington suppressed the Whiskey Rebellion with overwhelming military force. Of course Washington was fighting against intelligent men who had valid grievances, so after the federal government's will to use crushing military force was proven, he later pardoned some of the leaders of the rebellion.

Am I sensing a bit of liberal feel-good understand the poor little babies it's not their fault kind of thing? If I were to do that, it would only be to better learn how to take them down. They're feral, they live by force, they respond to force. Maybe I have a different take on this because I have been accosted by a gang before.

I’m talking about dealing with real gangs in the street.

And I'm talking about the subject of the article, gangs of teenage black girls who pick out smaller white girls in malls and other such places for a quick beating. It's sport for them. When it is learned that such beatings come at great personal risk instead of at most a slap on the wrist and a day in juvie, it will become less common. At best, maybe we can kill them faster than they can be bred.

Back to the point when being assaulted by superior numbers, it helps to be either armed or to immediately kill/maim/disable one of them, preferably the instigator/leader. Otherwise you will lose the fight and may be be killed yourself. They pick on easy targets, and will run when confronted with such force. It's pack mentality.

If I can go back to the race riots era, then I can add more, but the dynamics are different today.

You are so delusional. Like I said take a walk in those areas first. Your advice is stupid. (1) You couldn’t pull it off. (2) The results of trying a stupid stunt like that will not be good for anyone.

But then that’s typical of someone who’d consider Machiavelli good advice. While I am not certain of this, I’d bet $5 that WT Sherman either ignored or despised Machiavelli’s works.

I’d bet $5 that WT Sherman either ignored or despised Machiavelli’s works.

He certainly carried them out very well. Many don't like that Machiavelli was a hard-core political realist and said things exactly as they were, giving examples of this wisdom used throughout the ages. He didn't work with ideology, fantasy, and pride or couch the reality in more pleasant terms. Regardless, people still use the ideas since they work. And for some reason, only the advice we see as brutal is known popularly. You don't hear anyone condemning Machiavelli in The Prince for advising against having flatterers, sycophants and yes-men around.

Reality case #1:

On Sunday night, Allen Haywood found himself confronted and attacked by two kids in the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station in Washington D.C. Transferring to the Yellow line at a little after 7 p.m., Haywood found himself being assailed by a boy of about 11 or 12 years old. Then, a girl began attacking him.

"Stop it! Stop it! Goddamn it! You stop this [expletive] right now! I did nothing to you!" he exclaimed. As the violence continued, no one stepped in to help. Instead, Haywood saw others with cell phones recording the attack.

A mob of 20 kids beat a man brain dead with bats, boards, shovels and rocks after he punched one of them in the mouth for throwing an egg at him Sunday night, police in Milwaukee said.

Three suspects, ages 10, 13 and 14, were in custody Monday, Milwaukee police said. The victim, 36-year-old Charlie Young Jr., remained on life support.

The gang chased Young onto the porch of a house on the city's north side and pummeled him, leaving blood splattered from floor to ceiling.

Young managed to briefly escape into the house, but the mob dragged him back outside and beat him.
