For more than two years now, I have given Barack Obama the benefit of the doubt.
That may be hard to fathom for some because of my admittedly relentless and tireless pursuit of the truth about his origins and his constitutional eligibility for office.
After all, I am the guy who has posted this question on billboards across America: "Where's the birth certificate?"
But I really have given Obama the benefit of the doubt until now. I have asked the questions and directed the investigative reporting that has changed America's political landscape on the eligibility question. WND conducted the first national poll on this subject 15 months ago. Back then, we were shocked that 50 percent of Americans knew there was a controversy about his birth certificate and his eligibility – because WND is the only news organization in the country that pursued the story. Today, the latest polls show 58 percent of Americans don't believe Obama's story and suspect he is not eligible to serve.
That is a big shift in public opinion in a short period of time.
During that time, despite suggestions to the contrary, I never accused Obama of being born elsewhere. I never concluded he is constitutionally ineligible. I avoided speculation on what we might find if Obama ever did willingly and openly release his records as other presidents and presidential candidates have.

If anybody in the democratic party thinks they can come away from this hoax they have perpetrated on the American public - with all the laws and rules that have been broken all along the way, all the middle fingers extended to anybody who even cared about the issue, and all the crimes that the democratic leadership have committed...... they are either crazy, or the American public is crazy for letting them get away with this.
Nancy Pelosi, for instance, in knowing that Obama was not eligible but signing an oath that he was and lying and concealing the truth all along, committed what I believe is perjury, misprision of felony, and what I believe rises to the level of treason, which is possibly a capital offense. She’ll be doing good if she comes out of this with her life, much less any political future for her or for any of her allies who helped her.
The same may be true for Hillary Clinton. And on down the list.
Yes. They won’t release any non-certified abbreviated certificates at all, even though their Administrative Rules allow the release of those to anybody who asks for them, and the Ombudsman’s Office has acknowledged that UIPA would demand their release. The 2 routes to get the documents are
1) appeal through the OIP, which I did and OIP claims the HDOH gets to decide what they will release (the watchdog rolls over and falls asleep); and
2) sue them in court - spend money to find out that all Hawaii judges are just as corrupt as everybody else in Hawaii government who knows laws are being broken but rolls over and pretends they don’t see.
The only way any of this garbage has been able to continue is through the utter corruption within government, media, and law enforcement. And THAT is the bigger problem that we can’t afford to ignore.
Interpretation: Obama was born in Kenya.

I like a good sense of humor myself. Funny thing about Obama defenders, though, they like to mock all that is decent and proper. I guess I’m just one of those bitter clingers he gripes about. I kind of like the Constitution.
Our Founding Fathers, in their wisdom, didn’t want an unkown stranger elected into the White House. They also believed that there should be plenty of known, natural born US citizens to choose from — people with backgrounds that can be vetted.

See, that's the problem: until Obama agrees to a simple DNA test, we can't even know WHICH kind of alien he might secretly be.
It's just a simple cheek swab. No time or expense for him whatsoever. And yet he steadfastly refuses to provide this little thing for the Americans who simply want to know for certain that the Constitution is being followed and their President is an eligible human.
We can get electoral revenge but we cannot get rid of the New Kenyan Socialism. The Republicans will NOT repeal Obamacare. There are too many jobs that will be “lost” if they do, hundreds of thousands of newly hired bureaucrats and IRS agents. Republicans will not vote to terminate those jobs. Republicans will commence on an endless round of tweaking and adjusting and rationalizing and increasing “fairness,” but they will never repeal. Such an all pervasive system has too any goodies involved for politicians, too many ways to “be of service” to constituents, too many opportunities for bribery.It’s like the Democrats with Homeland Security. I think they’ve been threatened. They’ve put up red flags all over the place to show that all is not well with them. What appears to be deliberate violations of judicial ethic, unsolicited comments, acting like they didn’t even know about the cases, arguments that have absolutely no legal credibility and in at least one case violate judicial ethics...
There is definitely more to this story than meets the eye.
I used to think the whole ticket would be ineligible, but I think it depends on whether SCOTUS would say that Biden could be the Vice President elect if the top person on the ticket was ineligible.
But eventually Biden also should be impeached because as head of the Foreign Relations Committee overseeing the Department of State he definitely knows that Obama’s passport was breached and exactly how and why. So he also is guilty of misprision of felony and perhaps even worse, since he knew the country was illegally being taken over by a usurper and refused to do anything to stop it.
His only defense could be if he also was threatened, as I believe SCOTUS, GW Bush, and VP Cheney were threatened that if they balked at the coup Soros and his Islamist allies would make a run on the bank again and cause a panic that would destroy the western economy. I don’t have proof that any of them were threatened but there’s circumstantial evidence that I find compelling.
It’s because it’s not legally valid, and anybody who saw anything that actually came from the HDOH would easily see that. He is literally an undocumented worker.
He could have already been charged with many crimes... if we had an intact law enforcement system. We don’t. And that’s just as big a problem as Obama himself.
The birth certificate is irrelevant. Natural born citizenship requires both parents United States citizens at time of birth.
It’s not just the absence of proof that is problematic for Obama. At this point the HDOH has confirmed that what Obama presented is a forgery and that what Hawaii has for him is not legally valid.
Even you should be able to recognize that as a problem.
Yes, and the same question would exist for everybody down the line of succession to the presidency.
