What my plan was when I created the ZOT
(and how I ended up) ^ | June 28, 2010 | Lord Dagon

Posted on 06/28/2010 12:43:57 PM PDT by DagonofAlbion

I deposit the Risk into the account of a dummy finance company for management, called the republican party.

Then, I deposit the damage into the account of a dummy corporation for control, called the democratic party.

I leave all the bible belt religions as spoilers, or third parties; putting them down as department store chains. To stave off the profit into the mints money burning facility, to insure that the money is worthless in terms of pragmatic value, and is only practical believed values.

And the Black market is pimped as bad but, even losing even your kindeys in a hotel bathtub on a drunk, is a value laundering scheme...

Thank you all for your input and participation!!!

That’s a lot of cinnamon and lemon. What does it do for you?

Hubby heard cider vinegar was helpful, and he took it for a few months, but he didn’t feel any better.

Cinnamon helps to lower the blood sugar, so if one is diabetic, or even hypoglycemic, the blood sugar should be monitored. I doubt if any of us could eat enough cinnamon for that to happen, but for those who feel “if a little is good, a lot should be better” then caution is advised.

I eat cinnamon when I feel like it, mostly in soups and cocoa, but I don’t do it often enough for it to affect my sugar. (Normal for me is 87)

It’s a wonderful flavoring for foods, and even a little is enough for you to enjoy the taste.

read the ingredients on a ketchup bottle!

I did. It said "spices".

I may try some cinnamon. Thanks.

OPINION (This is not medical advice.):

OH, I take apple cider vinegar pills 3 times a day.

Cinnamon-keeps blood sugar down and lemon and apple cider vinegar keeps the liver/kidneys of an old person in a happy state.

"... and apple cider vinegar keeps the liver/kidneys of an old person in a happy state."

Wouldn't regular apple cider do the same thing?

On some ketchup bottles, it will list the spices individually, and one of them is cinnamon.

I like the taste that cinnamon gives to other foods, so I’m more apt to experiment with it than other folks might.

Asparagus is actually best for your liver than anything else. It removes the toxins and begins to repair any damage. That along with milk thistle should help anyone live a long time.

And I like hot cider...with cinnamon!

The computer is really slowing down, so I’m taking the hint and going to bed.

See y’all tomorrow!!

I am doing better. I managed to eat a little for lunch and am looking forward to dinner!

Other symptoms that have plagued me for month are gone.

Mother Hen should relax. I might even be well before the next trip (in 9 days + 13 hours, but who's counting?).
