What's yer round up number. How long you been a freeper? (Old Time Freepers Wanted)

Posted on 06/10/2010 8:38:54 AM PDT by Scythian

Scythian - Since Dec 29, 1998

I've given my opus a few times but always came a crawlin' back. I figure if they go by "join date" we old timers will go first ...

So any active Freepers out there have joined dates more ancient than mine?

And of course the frauds who left in shame....then slurked back under new names pretending to be different people.

"....and to some he wasn't".

Then the "some" couldn't read the offensive plain English as spouted by him.....or they think it was cool.

The nutcase isn't and wasn't worth the time spent on him here. I'm not so easily entertained by losers like him when we've always had a forum loaded with stupendous talent, wit and intelligent posts.

He wasn't banned permanently for no cause. However, to each his own when it comes to personal taste and standards.

I was here over a year before my brand-date. I wish I hadn’t changed my name. :-(

If Our Fearless Leader has a way to check on our history, I’d love to know the original date.

:-)

Man, I screwed up so many threads forgetting to turn off bold or italics ... I hated that

My husband threatened to do an opus for me in 1998-1999. It was probably justified. I confess here today to not getting out of my pajamas until 5:00-p.m. there was just TOO much going on, shoes dropping faster than Monica on..well... I remember using Pledge as air freshener so my husband would think I had been busy doing Something around the house.

I’m a newbie.. registered in 2004. I know I lurked for a long time before registering. I’m thinking it was a few years. I didn’t really start getting interested in politics until 1999. I voted for the first time in 2000!

This has made me consider...
I was here when Princess Di died.
I was here before Monica’s “mess.”
I really wish I could know the date!!!

“Lurking mode off”
April 21, 1998.
I lurked on the site for about 4 or 5 months before I signed up and I was on the AOL Whitewater forum before that. Haven’t posted much of anything since the baning wars of 1999-2000 (thank you for that, you small yelping rectum licking dog, also known as Navigator). A lot of good minds and long time posters from the Whitewater days left during that time.
Now I just come, read and fight the good fight without disturbing that certain percentage of small minds and statist who have no problem with tyranny, so long as it’s a type of tyranny they approve of.
To those who love tyranny,
May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.

On a lighter note, I was here for Ashe, the Moose that bit my sister while I was in the shower which was real series and other bits of FR lore.

May God bless you and keep you, but stay offen my land or I’ll shoot your ass and bary you out back.
SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!
