What are you making for Easter Dinner?

Posted on 03/30/2010 8:10:58 PM PDT by HungarianGypsy

Every year we go to my husband's aunts house. Lately, I am lazy and we unexpectedly have a new dog. So, we are staying home and hopefully we can make a picnic in the backyard. It has been a long time since I started a foodie thread, so what are your plans/recipes for Easter dinner?

Reservations. We entertain the family for all the holidays, except Easter, where we go out for a nice dinner.

A new friend, a woman who is now my vice President of my Republican Women’s Club, called me yesterday and invited my husand and I out to an Easter dinner with them and their friends. They said it’s a tradition for them to take a group of friends out and I am very honored that she chose us.

One year the hubby roasted Peeps over a campfire at the neighbor’s house....it was really disturbing to watch.
