She’s slurring like she did last year when she was on the rX stuff. I am not saying she is stoned, but we all know she has these meds she has to take for her health.
It would explain the blotches and her wet eyes and incoherence.

Must admit. My daughter came home from 18th birthday with tattoo on her butt. Tried to tell me it was temporary. I said, "Well then, this won't hurt." And I smacked the butterfly. (It was real.)
She is now mom of two and will be an RN in August.
