[history]
During the cold war, JFK claimed to have gone to the moon. He got congress to spend billions on his moon landing and pretended america landed there, convincing congress to give him billions, the fakeness of the landing is well documented.
It seems to me that this liberal moneybags, that he took these billions for personal use, or maybe gave them to the USSR (we all know he was soft on communism)
Perhaps his death was similarly staged in order to keep his billions or keep congress of his case.
I wonder if under an obama administration we will see more moon landings.

Oh, yes! We’ve learned that the hard way!
Anoreth is driving Bill to his class this morning. She has her algebra exam later, and I hope she does as well as she expects to (sigh)
I have cards and letters to finish today, and my prayer group at lunchtime, and yadda yadda yadda, so if I don’t cross paths with you today, ‘Face, have a *wonderful* trip to Arkansas and back, and stay warm!

Ordered flowers for my mother and mother-in-law (step). DP will send money to his mother, as she always has bills. Maybe I’ll send my brother and sister-in-law a cake. Or beer ... I wonder if there’s a specialty-beer by mail catalog.
Off to Google ...

Nothing particularly appealing turned up on beer orders. Guess they’ll have to eat cake.

I’m here. I’ll leave this afternoon to spend the night with my friend, who will also take me to the airport.
I’m looking forward to the visit, but I’m also looking forward to coming back. If that makes any sense!
I’m taking/wearing warm clothes, including leg warmers, so hopefully, I won’t fare too badly!

Beer-of-the Month Club?
They usually have some good stuff from micro breweries across the country.

I don’t want to send them beer every month - just once! However, I found the cheese-and-fudge catalog from the Trappist Abbey in Kentucky. They’ll like cheese and fudge!
Good trip and good return!

Yah. Well, it’s that or the prospect of a LONG day. One teleconference down already, another coming up in 15 minutes. And I don’t plan to leave work until after 6 PM tonight, for our class at church this evening...

O.
I go to bed a lot earlier now, and sleep later, expecially if it’s overcast and/or rainy. I should probably sit out in the sun for a few minutes each day. Maybe.

You could alwasys check some of the local breweries. I’m sure they have Christmas packages/parcels.

My teleconferences ended.
And I'm now listening to a "virtual conference." Kind of interesting, not having to travel to attend, and if I miss a session it's still recorded.
