To the moon, troll, to the moon!

During the cold war, JFK claimed to have gone to the moon. He got congress to spend billions on his moon landing and pretended america landed there, convincing congress to give him billions, the fakeness of the landing is well documented.

It seems to me that this liberal moneybags, that he took these billions for personal use, or maybe gave them to the USSR (we all know he was soft on communism)

Perhaps his death was similarly staged in order to keep his billions or keep congress of his case.

I wonder if under an obama administration we will see more moon landings.

Mimi wouldn’t just go berserk, she’d go ‘bizzak’, many levels beyond berserk.
And she’d begin doing damage to me while I was trying to remove her from the preence of the snake.
Several times she tried to destroy the aforementioned snake.
Thankfully neither combatant came close to the other.

Let’s just say they’d term it a dangerous device and insist you dismantled it.

My sis just mentioned one possible reason for such: launching the neighbor’s bratty kid.

Maybe it’s because they’re used in so much street crime and random gangland murders.

I can just see the boyz going at it with morningstars, flails, warhammers, and maces too.
All while spouting thuggy speak.
What a twisted mental image.

It’s going to take at least that, or maybe nukes, to get the slime out of Raleigh.

Well, off to a setaround with my family. See y’all tomorrow! Wednesday says, “Quarp!”

It would probably be less of a problem if they issued concealed-carry permits so everyone could carry a pocket trebuchet for defence... *\;-)

Oh yes, she was quite a handful.
Beautiful animal.
Bizarre behavior.
But always affectionate when not in ‘kill’ mode.

Tell everyone we said "Hello", including the beardies.
Quarp, interesting.

What are those funny looking knob things on that TV.

We had a TV almost exactly like that until about 3 or so years ago. 1970s vintage. Like our microwave that died a year ago.

But our 1950 toaster just keeps on toasting. Every 3 to 5 years I dump the crumbs, every 10 years (just like my father before me) I open and lube the timer. In the next year or so I will begin teaching the third generation The Care And Feeding Of The Toaster.

(It still has its original cloth-wrapped power cord.)

"What are those funny looking knob things on that TV."

One of them was labeled "brightness". We used it to dial in more intelligent shows.

And vertical hold kept the rooom from floating or sinking while watching a show.

Ours must have been defective. It didn't work.

Kewl!

I was thinking we needed mail-order kits...

...but with our mailman's vehicle delivery might take weeks (and that's before you try to cram the day's delivery into the kiosk mailbox).
