That's easy, they go over to the public library and use the internet there. That's what I did when my connection was down, and thats what some of my friends do when in a pickle. Plus in a lot of libraries you find a lot of people like this troll, crazy bums, drug addicts, people with nothing better to do except play games and troll FR instead of working for a living. (of course they couldn't get hired anyways.)
