I have hang over of Biblical proportions.
As in my head is splitting like the Red Sea.
Fire and brimstone are flying from me like the wrath of an Angy God.
I believe the Germans caused this by immigrating to Texas and brewing a concoction known as "Shiner Bock."
Anyone have any suggestions?

LOL......Bribe yer local EMT friends (if ya have em) too give ya a IV drip and drink some pedialyte ASAP ! A little aviator air or O2 from grannies bottled air will work as well !
Our morning meetings when I was active duty looked like a hospital ward as we used IV’s and air bottles etc to rid ourselves of the odd hangover or three.......we called it training then. Hangovers IMO are just dehydration squared. Rehydrate with carbonated water or drink alka seltzer as the bubbles make quick work of getting the fluids back in ya properly !
Hope that helps !

Sweating it out works well too. Since you live in West Texas, just rake your dirt lawn for an hour or two. If you want to get drunk again, just lick the sweat off your arms :)

31 Do not gaze at wine when it is red,
when it sparkles in the cup,
when it goes down smoothly!
32 In the end it bites like a snake
and poisons like a viper.
33 Your eyes will see strange sights
and your mind imagine confusing things.
34 You will be like one sleeping on the high seas,
lying on top of the rigging.
35 "They hit me," you will say, "but I'm not hurt!
They beat me, but I don't feel it!
When will I wake up
so I can find another drink?"
Cordially,

Don’t listen to any of these guys. Here’s the perfect, albeit high-calorie no-fail method. 1 litre of Vitamin Water Revive flavor (purple) and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Promise that’ll clear it up.

I follow the Keith Richards Key to Rockstar Longevity method of only consuming clear alcohol. Gin and Vodka. No hangovers.

"All is Vanity"
Sweet Ecclisaties reference; just caught it.
Clever thinking for a drunk:
" . . . . thought in my heart, "Come now, I will test you with pleasure to find out what is good." But that also proved to be meaningless. 2 "Laughter," I said, "is foolish. And what does pleasure accomplish?" 3 I tried cheering myself with wine, and embracing follymy mind still guiding me with wisdom. I wanted to see what was worthwhile for men to do under heaven during the few days of their lives. . . . "

And since it would seem you’re hanging with the same bunch of unruly miscreants this weekend ... after each drink you have, drink that volume of water. Beer, water, beer, water ... you can vary with a soft drink at times if you like.

Why did I have a feeling you would show up in solidarity?
Not that I think you drink or anything.
And if you did, not that there’s anything wrong with that. :p

Hell, if you have EMT buddies, someone’s bound to have some Phenergan. That’ll stop the nausea.

Orange juice, honey, lemon juice, 1 raw egg, and some Jack Daniels. Blend together with ice and presto you’re off and running again and feeling good! I believe it’s called a governor’s smile.

Not sure how “clever” it is; just on my mind.
IT is now 3:16 PM, still hung over.
Kept lunch down (Hot & Sour Soup).

Being now properly hydrated, and still feeling like death, I will try the ONE drink hair-of-dog approach come 5:00 or so, as my miscrent friends (in similar shape as me) are now making Margaritas poolside.
I have to drive tomorrow AM.

Well the lime in the Margarita will be good for you because it is citrus juice. Good Luck!
