As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning everyone.
Dog is on vacation...
Raven is headed to Italy...
Carolinamom is firing up her Grass Hog...
And the Dems continue to undermine this great country. The confrontation between Capitol Hill and the White House over the Iraq War timetable seems imminent.
Derek!! Ouch!!
Huh????
I am going to the Y vs TX Rangers on the 10th
God Bless you.
My daughter and I will remember you and your request for prayer during our evening prayers.
Also, I’ll be sure to reflect your request for peace... though I missed whatever fireworks occurred here yesterday or so... I’m not sure I really care to know... but probably will check the trainwreck sometime...
Back to the original thought:
God Bless you, and prayers up...
He got clobbered by a wild pitch on his knee. He’s still in the game, but he looks hurt. I can’t imagine much base stealing tonight.
Only 52, young lassie?
You are still getting started on life!
Oh crap.
He’s out of the game.
I just heard.
Good hit by Posada tho
Good for you with all that you bought!
Prayers lifted for a successful treatment of antibiotics.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Hopefully the antibiotics will work, and you will be OK. Take care.
Hi, IG..
Shutting down for the evening.
Must go.
Hayfever around here in Utah is awful too. I’m used to taking 5 mg of Zytrec a day, but 10 mg is way too much. Plus I am having some sort of allergic reaction/contact dermatitis on my face. Little red bumps that itch like crazy. Went to the dr this morning and he agreed, I’m having an allergic reaction to something. Or perhaps it is contact dermatitis. (At this point, I am almost rolling my eyes at him.) So three days of prednisone, topical hydrocortisone, and 10 mg of Zyrtec daily. If I’m not better, I get to go back. I need to put those little baby socks on my hands so I don’t scratch the itch on my face. LOL.
Hi. I am going too. Nice to see you briefly. :)
Oh damn girl that sounds aweful.
I hope they can get the cause of the rash.
I had a very bad spell of this in Sept...so bad I lost a considerable amount of hearing in my right ear..
Did all the routine allergy testing and he concluded it was hayfever.
I guess I could go get something for it but I hate to take meds.
"Imus Fatigue" -- We're All Feeling It [John J. Miller]Choosing homework over Hillary:
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton finally dropped by Rutgers to meet with the school's women's basketball coach but the players themselves skipped the half-hour meeting, citing their studies and Imus fatigue.
The hearing loss wasn’t permanent was it? Yikes.
I hate the meds too...
Linda Stasi on why viewers are tuning out Katie Couric:Plus when Katie tries to look serious, she looks constipated. The real problems with Katie are her sex, her hair, her smile, her clothes, her celebrity and, yes, her name. The fact that we all call her Katie - instead of her given name, Katherine - right off feels like a cute nickname for a cute TV personality. Not a news anchor.
Dana Perino, American Hero [Kathryn Jean Lopez]From the article (I've linked it):
From the Washington Times :
Mrs. Perino is "the first press secretary to cut Helen Thomas no slack," said Ann Compton of ABC News, who has spent more than three decades as a White House correspondent.
One veteran reporter describes 5-foot-1-inch Dana Perino as "a little tiny thing," but the deputy White House press secretary brings to her job a big reputation for brains and the Wild West toughness of her native Wyoming.Must be something in that Wyoming water.Witness her recent exchange with Helen Thomas, who has covered every presidency since she followed the Kennedy campaign to Washington. When Mrs. Thomas, 86, kept firing questions at Mrs. Perino, 34, the presidential spokeswoman cut her off.
"Do you want me to answer the question, Helen, or do you want to ask questions? It's really hard to concentrate here. What's your question?" Mrs. Perino demanded.
Mrs. Thomas replied, "You repeat yourself so much that... "
"So do you," Mrs. Perino interrupted, then immediately called on another reporter.
