Well one thing I do know is that you don’t have a 28 yr long career in LE being a fool. DL needs her grandma to run interference for her.
I hope the Birkheads have some common horse sense when it comes to goat boy.
I heard NoPardons was banned as well. I meant to Freepmail her about my mom’s full length mink coat. Can’t afford cold storage, so I thought I’d bounce some ideas off her. I got tired of getting into catfights with her, and she knows about stuff like that. Not that I go anywhere that calls for mink, but it’s a beautiful coat.

It would be better if the HKS inclusion in the travel plans at all was a ‘goof’. Five minutes longer than he was in legal possession of DL would constitute an ‘overdose’ for me.
The Post had ample time to correct the travel day prior to publication. I wonder why they didn’t.
You're right. I remember thinking that she could be pretty nice when she wanted to be. I've never had a problem with Peach or Phi Kap Mom, and I'm stunned that they're gone too.

Well, last night I made the mistake of having a delicious wafer sliced roast beef sandwich. It was on a Hoagie roll with Monterrey Jack cheese, and roasted Anaheim chilies. Nuked until the cheese melted. I’m not supposed to eat meat. I’m paying for it today.
think I’ll have instant oatmeal with apples/cinnamon and a half of a red grapefruit :/

HKS was a necessary evil (and I mean that literally) through the process of changing the birth certificate. I’m afraid he is still necessary because he had everything belonging to DL in Thompson’s house. You can’t responsibly remove a baby with just the diaper on her butt.
Earlier in the week, reports were that DL and LB were leaving the Bahamas by this weekend. Since their departure was delayed by Virgie’s appeal, did all the baby stuff get moved to an interim location until the passport is obtained or is DL still at Horizons?
The Bahamian court has been briefed and has approved whatever the plans are, but with the gag order the reporters probably still don’t have a clue. They are doing as much speculating as we are.
IMO, there’s probably a lot of tightrope walking going on and we really won’t know what’s real and what’s not for quite some time.
I don’t think the delay was due to Virgie. He could have had the BC and passport completed and could have been on a plane. No ..the delay was the fact that the person who does passports was away from work. It’s not Virgie’s fault.
LOL, actually, it comes and goes and I’m not sure why, but because it does, it makes me think I’m absolutely going crazy. I was told it was my anemia, I think it might be hypothyroidism, but shoot, why it would come and go is beyond me...unless I really am just nuts! But hey...nuts aside, I’m actually loosing a little weight! ;)
If it’s true that LB was only given a sort of ‘temporary’ custody, or was just given permission to take DL to the states, he still doesn’t have full legal custody. In the meantime, I’m not sure if the BC, showing Birkhead, takes anything ‘legal’ away from HKS?
Yes, the embassy person was either not working or - another report was they had an awards banquet and couldn’t issue the passport. The birth certificate change encountered the same kind of problem. So much for a 40 hour work week in the Bahamas.
As I understood it, actual court permission to travel with DL out of the Bahamas was granted on Friday instead of Wednesday because of a permitted appeal which did occur.
This is my gut feeling...
I don’t think it gives him permanent custody..only temporary. I also think am praying that when he has permanent custody he will dump Stern and that’s he’s only been playing nice because of the present situation. If there is a deal (which I believe there is) I hope he backstabs Stern. I know a man’s word is supposed to be all but when dealing with a snake like Stern sometimes ya gotta play dirty.
