Wish you were here....just made steaks on the grill...made too much and, as usual, dysphasia (trouble swallowing) has kicked in so now I can’t eat any :(
Well, last night I made the mistake of having a delicious wafer sliced roast beef sandwich. It was on a Hoagie roll with Monterrey Jack cheese, and roasted Anaheim chilies. Nuked until the cheese melted. I’m not supposed to eat meat. I’m paying for it today.
think I’ll have instant oatmeal with apples/cinnamon and a half of a red grapefruit :/
Some caterer I turned out to be...(the guys can finish up the spaghetti and meatballs that I made from scratch the other day)
