If it’s true that LB was only given a sort of ‘temporary’ custody, or was just given permission to take DL to the states, he still doesn’t have full legal custody. In the meantime, I’m not sure if the BC, showing Birkhead, takes anything ‘legal’ away from HKS?

I don’t think it gives him permanent custody..only temporary. I also think am praying that when he has permanent custody he will dump Stern and that’s he’s only been playing nice because of the present situation. If there is a deal (which I believe there is) I hope he backstabs Stern. I know a man’s word is supposed to be all but when dealing with a snake like Stern sometimes ya gotta play dirty.
I’m not sure what HKS’s legal standing is regarding DL either. Someone posted here that she is in the custody of the Bahamas - don’t remember who.
My understanding is that LB has ‘temporary’ custody until the hearing on June 8th. Lots of time and opportunity for roadblocks between now and then.
The more the custody pot gets stirred, the less attention paid to the inquest. HKS is probably loving it.
