My friend of mine who has a show on Court TV recently met Larry Birkhead while on location in the Bahamas!! He said Larry was a really really nice guy and he hoped he got Dannielynn. I am so glad to know he’s as nice in person as he appears.

No one knows what role Howard is playing in that Courthouse. It may be a demand to deny Virgie any rights..like Danny's funeral and the "I hate Mommy" video.

And it may be about Dannie Lynn's photographs or her possessions. (Howard says they're part of the estate. Maybe we should expect to see Dannie Lynne's shoes for sale on Ebay, etc, etc.

Howard might also want the records sealed. He's such a lying, sneaky dude.

Accusation Summary The doctor, a psychiatrist with an emphasis in child psychiatry, violated the terms and conditions of his probation from an earlier offense. On 6/2/95, Bahou was placed on five years’ probation, including a 30-day suspension, in case No. D-5472. He also was ordered to enroll in the Medical Board’s Diversion Program for drug treatment. He had continuously been prescribing himself the painkiller Darvon, despite numerous attempts at treatment. In August 1995, he tested positive for Darvon. In September 1995, he tested positive for another controlled substance. He did so again and was terminated from the Diversion Program on 12/20/95. He was given a second chance but was forced to leave the program again on 1/15/97 for testing positive for controlled substances. By this time, his license had expired.
Doctor’s Response to Medical Board The doctor testified before an administrative law judge that he had back surgery in the 1980s that resulted in him having constant pain. He started taking Darvon, became addicted and was unable to beat the addiction through treatment. He said he was living a drug-free life and was ready to resume his medical career.

I don’t know, they had a lady from OK Magazine who is a personal friend of Larrys on. She said Larry is a really great guy and she wouldn’t reveal what they paid for the pics, but said the money has already been deposited directly into a trustfund for Dannielynn and Larry didn’t take any money directly for himself.

Virgie never grandstands. She always leaves and only talks about what can be talked about. It’s always Stern and Larry(love ya still) who are always dropping hints and playing up to the press.

That is my take as well.. until there is an agreement between LB and VA the baby stays status quo.. the sooner LB and VA come to an agreement, the sooner the baby leave the Bahamas. Stern is and will remain involved until that happens, ergo, if VA is concerned the baby is in danger with HKS she would come to an agreement with LB... I am left to believe she is not all that concerned with the babies physical safety.

well at least the next court date is Wed...not another week. This could go on for ages. Apparently Larry’s comment about a travel agent means he plans on leaving there soon. IMO I dont think he would leave there now without Dannielynn, BUT stranger things have happen in this case. I dont understand why the court would wanna drag this on at the expense of a child, why cant they just lay dn the law and say..ok we gave you time, you cant make up your minds so we will decide in the best interest of the child based on the info we have. I guess that is too easy!! Can only hope for good news on Wed.

Yes, true...but unless HKS is being considered as one of the players, with standing, in this guardian/custody issue....why doesnt the court just tell him to go play golf or something until LB and Vergie work out the details of an agreement? Better yet, why doesn’t HKS remove HIMSELF from these proceedings...what LB and Virgie work out between themselves is NONE of HKS’s business.

See, IMO, LB and Virgie already have and had worked out the details of an agreement....it’s whatever HKS is doing in that courtroom that is delaying things and it’s MY BET that LB is telling Virgie to hold firm!!

financial guardianship
executor for ANS/DWS/DLB

Hi everyone! I had to take a break from all of this. But, I’ve been reading all the posts...lol.

I was elated when Larry was proven to be DL daddy. So happy!

Now? It “seems” like he’s bonding with Goat...who I believe is responsible for Daniel and Annas deaths. I’m sick about it.

I was KIDDING early on when I suggested that HKS and Larry would ride off into the sunset together with DL....
