That is my take as well.. until there is an agreement between LB and VA the baby stays status quo.. the sooner LB and VA come to an agreement, the sooner the baby leave the Bahamas. Stern is and will remain involved until that happens, ergo, if VA is concerned the baby is in danger with HKS she would come to an agreement with LB... I am left to believe she is not all that concerned with the babies physical safety.

Yes, true...but unless HKS is being considered as one of the players, with standing, in this guardian/custody issue....why doesnt the court just tell him to go play golf or something until LB and Vergie work out the details of an agreement? Better yet, why doesn’t HKS remove HIMSELF from these proceedings...what LB and Virgie work out between themselves is NONE of HKS’s business.
See, IMO, LB and Virgie already have and had worked out the details of an agreement....it’s whatever HKS is doing in that courtroom that is delaying things and it’s MY BET that LB is telling Virgie to hold firm!!
